Sue is a career coach and job search advisor with a recruiter’s understanding of how hiring actually works.
She has spent decades on both sides of the process, as a corporate recruiter, MBA career advisor, and coach, helping people move past guesswork and position themselves clearly, confidently, and competitively.
Sue is known for her pragmatic, empathetic approach. She meets clients where they are, whether they know exactly what they want next or feel stuck and unsure.
As a Certified Becoming You Practitioner, Sue integrates values-based career clarity into her work, helping clients not only get hired but also pursue paths that feel aligned, sustainable, and meaningful.
