My request was handled quickly.  I contacted Skyfluence on the 10th of February and had a response the 11th.  I had better outcome than I expected and was treated very good.  I think it says a lot when a company follows up with you on their service.  Thank you again for your great customer service.

Great experience thus far and helpful information 

Working with Anastasia Andreani and her team has been an absolute pleasure. From the start, they were incredibly professional, communicative, and supportive throughout every step of the process. Their approach to helping businesses grow is truly innovative, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients' success. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, forward-thinking partner in the beauty industry.

I had the pleasure of attending another advanced training with Liliya Rudenko, and as always, it was exceptional. The course was perfectly structured, combining theory with real, practical techniques that deliver visible results. Liliya’s professionalism and depth of knowledge are truly inspiring.

I enrolled in a Level 3 Beauty Therapy (Combined) course with EVJ in April 2025 at the Staleybridge location. 
The experience was awful, I withdrew from the course following week 7. In 7 weeks on the course we learnt dying eyebrows and eyelashes, just learnt, did not complete any assessments. The tutor wasn't in half of the time and for those weeks we were asked to log that we were remote learning - which was a load of rubbish. 
The location is run down and would not pass a risk assessment (I encouraged the provider to attend the location and carry out the same and as far as I am aware that provider now does not work with EVJ). The products provided to learn with were awful, used/nearly empty, old and unsanitary. There was no sanitisation process, we had to ask multiple times if we could have something to clean tools. 
When a complaint was made to EVJ about the quality of the course we were met with "not to be rude but it's not my company" they really couldn't care less that the service provided was completely unsatisfactory (to the point where the provider has confirmed the student loan will be returned to student finance in full).
Genuinely would avoid at all costs. 

I went to Brickellashes to receive a treatment for losing weight and they recommended me the semaglutide ,rosy was really helpful , I really recommend it.

I have to give a big shoutout to my lash technician, Ale! She's such a kind-hearted individual and always takes her time with each appointment. I walk out of there feeling beautiful every time! Her skills are truly remarkable, and I consistently receive compliments on my lashes. If you're in search of someone who genuinely cares about her clients and delivers outstanding results, Ale is the one to see!

Update 1/19/2025: I have changed the rating to three stars. The salon director, Magdalena, reached out directly to me and we were able to resolve the issue.

1/8/2025 My 16-year-old daughter went to TSPA on Dec. 20 to have her hair highlighted. She provided a reference picture, and the student stylist assured her that the desired result could be achieved through highlighting and toning. At no time was my daughter told how long the service would be expected to take. The student was not only slow but displayed a lack of competence, nearly blowdrying my daughter’s hair with bleach still in it.  After the service had been completed, my daughter’s hair looked nothing like the picture she had shown the student. The highlights were streaky, unevenly placed and looked like zebra stripes. The service up to this point had taken 6 ½ hours at which point my daughter left, declining to stay longer to get it blow dried. In her words, at that point she was “overwhelmed and overstimulated”. She was charged $185 for highlight and toner, including extra charges for toner and 2 bowls of bleach.

Per the discussion my daughter and the student had at the beginning of the appointment, this facility entered into an agreement to provide certain goods and services, and those were not provided. But this is not simply a case of a client not being happy with how their hair turned out. It became clear to me after her experience that my daughter was the victim of deceptive marketing, lack of customer service standards and “bait and switch” tactics with TSPA’s waiver. TSPA’s website page on what to expect makes a number of false claims and misrepresentations. It states that it “might take a little longer” which is a gross understatement and that “student stylists will provide you with the same level of care and detail as someone who has years of experience under their belt”. It is only upon arrival for their appointment that the client is presented with a waiver outlining that services can take 3-5 hours (still not accurate) and that they have a no-refund policy. They are using their website to lure you in, and the waiver to try and protect themselves when they provide substandard service. 

On the day after the service (12/21) I called TSPA and asked for a manager to call me back regarding my concerns. Not hearing back by the end of day, I then emailed the owner, Magdalena Wozniakowski. To date, no one from TSPA has contacted me regarding this issue. On 12/27, I filed complaints with the District Attorney’s Office of Santa Clara County, the California Attorney General’s office and the Better Business Bureau. Today I reached out to the TSPA corporate office to raise this issue. 

Selling fake sol de Janeiro products. They purchase them from an amazon affiliate in china. Pay under £10. Then charge you £20 for a counterfeit item that smells like washing up liquid.

 I completed my massage therapy education at Cortiva Institute on July 19, 2024, and am still waiting for the school to send proof of my completion to the state of Florida so that I can receive my massage therapy license. Despite repeated efforts to resolve this issue, the school has provided minimal assistance.  
 A list of the major problems I experienced at Cortiva, which clearly highlight administrative failures, poor campus conditions, and misuse of student labor below:
Delayed Licensing Process: Despite completing all required hours and submitting my application to the state, the state of Fl is still waiting for Cortiva to provide adequate proof of my completion. I finished the program on July 19, 2024, but students who graduated after me have already received their licenses. Cortiva continues to blame me for submitting my application directly to the state, even though my test results and background check went directly to the state from the testing authority and background check agency. I personally paid for my background check and licensing fees to expedite the process.  This delay is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility from the school.
Unprofessional Campus Conditions: For weeks, the classroom temps frequently exceeded >76°F, which made learning uncomfortable and unsuitable. On several occasions, the temperature reached >80°F. The grounds were often littered with trash, and homeless individuals regularly loitered outside the campus. Once human feces was found near the door leading to the student lunch courtyard.
Equipment & Supplies: Day 1of the program, the campus director, informed us that the backpacks received were temporary & that new, more durable backpacks were coming soon. However, he left shortly after, and despite inquiries to multiple staff members, the promised backpacks were never provided. Minor, but it speaks to the larger issue. Many learning tools were damaged or broken. Our Instructor couldn’t get the speakers on her computer replaced so we could hear, which negatively impacted our ability to learn. Some of the massage tables in the classrooms were cracked and peeling, and  would fail inspection if the DOH were to check them.
Staffing Issues: During the 6mo program, there was constant staff turnover. There were 2 different campus directors, 2 corporate fill-ins, and  3 changes in financial coordinators, 2 admissions counselors, and 3 front desk personnel. Career services, which is responsible for coordinating state exams and licensing paperwork, also changed staff multiple times. The person who initially helped me with my state exam was fired, leading to a delay of over six weeks to get my exam scheduled. Every time a staff member was replaced, my file seemed to be forgotten or lost. I had to wait almost 8 weeks to receive a refund I was owed because the financial coordinator was replaced in the middle of the process. The lack of continuity and professionalism in handling students’ needs is appalling.
Misuse of Student Labor: On multiple occasions, students were asked to set up classrooms for paid events hosted by the school. Completely inappropriate that as paying students (with a tuition of almost $14,000), we were being asked to perform these tasks. The school is not a charity—it is profiting from these events. I paid nearly $14,000 for this program and am still unable to work because of Cortiva’s failures. I have lost valuable time and income, and I have had to cancel continuing education courses because I still don’t have my license. I strongly recommend that anyone considering Cortiva Institute for massage therapy education look elsewhere. The poor campus conditions, administrative incompetence, and lack of support make this a deeply flawed program.
