Great, prompt service. Very flexible with scheduling and when he arrived he was fast/informative and didn’t try to over sell us stuff we didn’t need. He even made some great recommendations for a future project i mentioned to him.

I spoke with Reggie today regarding switching from the necklace to a  smartwatch. He informed me that once you make this change, and don't like it, you cannot switch back to the necklace. He also let me know I could view the smartwatch on the Lifestation website,  which I will do before making a decision. Reggie also added my email address for me in my sccount. He was very nice and profesional!

Hello, my name is Joseph Todaro.
On Fri Nov 8 2019 i took a hard fall -- BROKE my LEFT FEMUR and my LEFT HAND.
That same day I underwent ORIF surgery on my femur (basically meaning that I now have a LONG TITANIUM ROD and SCREWS holding my thigh bone together). My surgeon, Dr Michael S., was brilliant -- he performed the ORIF surgery on my left femur, and also put a cast on my left hand in just about an hour. Before I realized it, the surgery was over -- I woke up in the recovery room waiting for my wife and a nurse to wheel me back to my room at Northern Dutchess Hospital (NDH). 
On Tue Nov 12 i was transferred via Ambulette to Ferncliff Nursing Home for 20 days of in-patient rehab (paid 100% by Medicare). 
On Wed Nov 13 i began my Physical Therapy (PT) and Occupational Therapy.(OT) in the Ferncliff Therapy Gym -- their physical therapists and occupational therapists were all highly skilled professionals.

Janice D. — Physical Therapist -- Thank you so much Janice for working so hard in helping me to regain much of the strength of my left leg which I needed to climb up and down the twelve stairs of my home after I was discharged from Ferncliff on Sunday Dec. 1, 2019. Also, the Yoga techniques you taught me, eg, proper breathing and focus, I am convinced played a major part in the excellent progress I made during my last week in the Ferncliff PT-OT gym. 

Lisa C. — Patient Advocate -- Thank you Lisa for stopping by my room every few days to make sure I was okay or if I had any questions or concerns; Anyway, I come to think of you as my “Patient Advocate” as you always went to bat me no matter what the issue was and I truly appreciate that. Most of all, thank you for hooking me up with Physical Therapist, Janice D. for my last two weeks in the Ferncliff PT-OT gym. It really made a tremendous difference in the progress I was making during my short stay.

Allison C. — Floor 2B Unit Manager -- Thank you Allison for visiting me in my room every several days following my 2-hour morning PT-OT sessions. But most of all, I want to thank you for teaching me orthopedic technique of how to transport myself in-and-out of bed without any assistance from anyone which I need to do the entire first week at Ferncliff. 

Bobby M. — Occupational Therapist -- Thank you so much Bobby for helping me strengthen my upper body. Moreover, without you, I’d still be trying to figure out how to dress and undress myself, how to get in-and-out of the shower without re-injuring myself using the Tub Transfer Bench I bought from Amazon. Most of all, thank you for teaching me how to strengthen my upper body using those TheraBand resistance bands. I have to say, I really looked forward to my OT sessions with you every day; they were fun, and I couldn’t believe I was sore after working out with those rubber bands. Thanks again Bobby.

If reliability and communication matter to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I paid a $150 deposit to secure a 10:30am appointment on 2/5/25. The morning of the appointment, Blessly (“BL”) informed me their “Pro” was running behind and would arrive closer to 11:30am.

By 12:30pm — two hours after the original start time — no one had arrived, and there had been no proactive update. I reached out, and at 12:37pm BL said they would contact the Pro.

At 1:15pm, approaching three hours late, BL offered a 10% discount applied only to the remaining $150 balance, not the total. Given the delay, I requested 25% off the total, which I felt was reasonable. BL countered with 15% firm.

When I declined and asked them to proceed with the job at full price, BL instead cancelled the appointment and refunded the balance. This occurred at 3:45pm, nearly five hours after the originally scheduled time, and the Pro had still not arrived.

The individual handling communication was polite and professional throughout, which suggests this was not an issue at the customer service level. However, the overall experience reflected a lack of planning, accountability, and respect for a customer’s time.

I lost an entire day waiting for a service that never happened. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Avoid this provider like the plague!!! Fake reviews everywhere. I would not trust them with my dog let alone allow them to manage my loved ones. Albanese needs to WAKE UP!!

They sent out a Lawn Service they knew nothing about. An XLG Mexican woman on a huge ride on mower did 360 circles in my yard. My yard is to small for such a large piece of machinery.   She was on her cell phone the entire time.   I attempted to stop them and I did video the entire destruction of my yard.   Gnome support apologized and said they would never send them and put in a claim.   The claim came back as $35.  Which was no wear close to the damage and what I need to pay to get my yard fixed.  I allowed them to sent another team but they showed up at 7 am which is against my HOA.   So I canceled and they still sent a different team 2 weeks later and I told them I canceled the service with Gnome over 2 weeks ago.   They left and I was still charged.   I attempted to contact support but they just give me a run around 

Signed up and paid CA$15+, thinking it will help me communicate with possible clients due to the sites limited correspondence to just 3 between applicant and clients. This only shows its a money making scheme and not really helping both parties in need. Can't even make phone calls as phn numbers are not registered and clients don't really check their messages. And with every email sent to me for notice of New family being selected for me, who are they that we can contact for possible work? Why don't you post who are they so we can immediately make contact. Its not hard to organise for that new post/entry to be on top of the page for nurses and caregivers to see so they don't have to scroll down and see old posts every single time.

Do you have a loved one needing this type of home care?"  Apparently that makes them an easy target for exploitation!
My loved one was preyed upon by this company's,"Care Pro, proffessional!"
The services from the Home Instead group were only required for 7 days.
In that time, fruadulent credit card use was accomplished.
I believed what I read and was told during the initial phone call:  "All employees thoroughly screened, trained, and bonded."  "Yes, we have a lot of experience with clients suffering with dementia!"
The cell phone service was canceled for non-payment.  That's  when we discovered the credit card was canceled due to suspect fruadulent charges.
The perpetrator, (or Care Pro) went as far as to have the credit card statement rerouted to their address.  They applied for and received another credit card in my loved ones name!
I would say this caregiver was a real "Pro" in fraudulant, deviant behaviors.  Just imagine what could have been accomplished if the perpatrator had more time with the client!
Their website statement; "Thouroughly trained, carefully screened and dependable Care Pro."
Perhaps if I had read their advertisement for hiring "Care Pros," only requiring: a valid  driver's liscense, auto insurance, a TB test and all other training provided by the company at $12 - 14 dollar starting wage, I would have had a red flag go up.
Can any independent, in home, care givers guarentee your loved ones safety and privacy?
This was a sickening experience to know that I suggested this to be a good solution to an emergent need and allowed my loved one to fall prey to an identity thief.

You have to provide contact information in order to get care facility options. The second you do, you immediately have 6 different companies calling you, texting you and emailing you at the same time, before you get to do any of your own research. I feel like i've been put on a spam list that I cant get out of now.
