Such brilliant service today from Harry , the Engineer who came to help diagnose why both our television sets weren't working properly. One had no signal at all and the other only worked sometimes. Harry tested both sets and found that both sets had Aerial problems . He was able to add a new part which was to a Satellite disk which made both sets work. He was excellent at explaining how they worked which was brilliant for me as an 86yr old non tec person. , also very kind and professional.
I was quoted £179 + VAT on the cal for…
I was quoted £179 + VAT on the call for a full motion mount, the engineer quoted verbally £489+VAT and I was charged £689+VAT as it was too hot and the engineer was not concentrating. The engineer failed to give a written quote before the work which is the procedure as per their sales team and left the TV at angle with loose screws and a screw completely missing on the wall. I was promised a refund including the VAT. Only some of the money has been refunded excluding the VAT and complaints team are refusing a refund of the correct amount and VAT difference despite the VAT difference promised in writing. The bracket fitted costs under £100 including VAT. No explanation why I was charged so much, no receipt for the wall mount was provided by the engineer and no explanation why the engineer has made so many mistakes and no explanation why a written quote was not given before commencing the work as per their own procedure. The engineer knew I was helping my elderly mum who now has passed away. The complaints did not even offer any condolences and refused to refund the correct amount. This company is a scam and I need to speak to the owner Tabby Manning

I booked an engineer to come and look at a faulty point to point WiFi system. They made an appt on 7/7/25 for 8/7/25, on the morning of 8/7 I got phone call to cancel as engineer not in work. Rebooked for morning of 11/7, at lunchtime I rang them and was told they were running late, rebooked for Sat 12/7. Received a phone call in the morning of 12/7 to say they could not make the appt, did I want to rebook for Mon 14/7.
I would not touch this organization with a long pole in the future.

Came to then quote me £400 to change the LND. I had to pay £100 for the call out. Didn't have a mobile payment available and passed me someone over his phone. When I refused to give my card details to a stranger the guy became aggressive. Invited him to leave home. The office then sent me bank details. Whilst I was paying the guy called me to do the payment asap so he could go. Awful experience I was about to call the police.

Engineer Damaged My Alarm System - Then the Company Denied Responsibility I'm writing this review as a serious warning to anyone considering using Aerial Force (Also trading as Homevision Ltd) I booked a simple doorbell installation survey, for which I was charged £25. During the visit, the engineer mistakenly cut and removed the internal ringer of my home alarm system--a completely separate, high-value security component. This was done without authorisation, and the engineer was not qualified to work on alarm systems. The company has since denied all responsibility, even though: * I personally witnessed the engineer remove the component. * He later returned to the property, attempted to reconnect the wiring, and even visited the third-party alarm company in person. * The engineer also offered a 20% discount on doorbell fitting as compensation, which I rejected. Despite this clear admission of fault, Aerial Force's customer service team has been dismissive and evasive. They: * Refused to properly investigate unless I waived my right to pursue a claim. * Attempted to reframe the issue as if I was asking them to carry out a chargeable repair. * Hid behind a buried 14-day clause--despite the fact that the damage was not immediately obvious and occurred outside the scope of the agreed service. Their behaviour has been appalling: legally evasive, ethically questionable, and completely lacking in accountability. I am now escalating the matter to Trading Standards and the Consumer Ombudsman, and I strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. If anything goes wrong, they will deny it, shift blame, and leave you with the bill--no matter how clear the evidence is. I recently discovered they were subject to investigation by BBC watchdog rogue traders. Figures. Not safe. Not professional. Not trustworthy.

I ordered a smart TV from John Lewis and it was delivered on a Friday. I tried for 3 hours to connect to EE WiFi without success. Called AerialForce at 5.30pm and booked an engineer for the following day, yes a Saturday. He turned up next day and connected the set perfectly. He was professional polite and not at all judgemental about our IT skills (both over 70). I would recommend AerialForce every time.

Absolute cowboy answered my phone call, which should have been a big enough red flag, but I was desperate for my services to be fixed so I went ahead and booked a visit. Didn’t turn up at the time stated. We’re in the house for three minutes, told me it wasn’t something they could fix… forced me to pay a call out fee of £115, despite not being able to help me! I feel completely mugged off. Do not use this company!

I booked an appointment for a cctv installation. The engineer didn't turn up and I had a call the next day saying that he had ran over his time and that they could book me in again. Not thinking anything of it I agreed and re-booked. However, the same thing happened again with the same call the following day and the same excuse. I still didn't really think too much about it and booked another appointment. This time it wasn't an all day appointment. It was narrowed down to a callout between 1pm - 6pm. Lo and behold there was no engineer again and no call between the time agreed. I decided that we won't be going with this company and that would have been the end of the matter. However, the next morning at 8.20am I got a call with the guy on the phone giving the same excuse. I told him that we no longer will be using them and have asked someone else. I can't believe they rang so early in the morning. I was up for the school run but not everybody is awake so early. I then decided to do a bit more research on the company and realised that many people have left bad reviews about them. They are unprofessional and clearly out there to rip people off. The so called "good reviews" on their website are misleading and I'm beginning to question whether they are genuine at all. I don't normally leave reviews but felt I had to after my research showed that many people have had a bad experience with them.

He was sent away by the tenant, as tenant knew the call out had been postponed. "Engineer" left an invoice anyway!! I am not sure for what service.
I later received a telephone call from someone who was quite rude , leading me to permanently cancel the postponed call. I would not recommend this company.

Needed to install a LAN cable for working from home. Mitchell completed the work, treated our home with such respect, as though it was his own! He even wore overshoes on our newly fitted carpet! A faultless transaction and would use them again without hesitation. In addition Mitchell is a genuinely nice guy
