Great potential, but poor customer support and limited understanding that creating value is the ultimate goal. It took us three months to activate SMS on our U.S. number while the team kept promising... See more

New update has been an absolute…
New update has been an absolute disaster. I can't even download the app. Goodbye Aircall was a fun ride while it lasted.
Not intuitive, buffering issues, do not recommend
I’ve been with my new company for 6 months. We are a remote company, with employees all over the world, and clients here in the US. This is the first time I’ve used Aircall, and I haven’t liked it since the beginning. It’s not intuitive, it disconnects often (for all of us, despite where we are in the world, or what our internet connection is), and the settings to personalize certain aspects are limited (this could very well be admin-controlled, so that’s another issue). But either way, it’s become such a pain in my side, I am embarrassed to call my clients and constantly have “technical issues” due to Aircall. Management is finally recognizing the same issues, so hopefully we will be looking into a new phone system to replace it.
We have some trouble on first calls…
We have some trouble on first calls each day, and since 10/12 days, bad audio quality on several calls.
And, for me, interface is not user-friendly
Used to work well, Now it sucks
It used to work well. Then they "upgraded" the app and added all of this AI crap. Now it is very difficult to use.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Poor AI help. Crap Company.

the phone company doesnt even have a phone number to contact anymore. this should be the first flag!
The service is ok, until you need assistance or to cancel the membership. This team charged us over $9K even after I tried to cancel the membership. They have no phone number to call, and all their forms to fill out for assistance came back to my email, saying they were old emails I was using and not monitored. When I went to the cancellation page, I kept having tickets logged to cancel, but they were immediately closed as though my request was complete. I finally got an email where someone responded and told me I would be put in touch with the correct department, only to be ghosted for weeks. I am now reporting this company to Fair Trading.

Usually very good and easy to use
Usually very good and easy to use. The only thing I have been noticing, is that lately, the name I am calling is not remembered, I must re-enter name and number.

The sales person said I could cancel anytime…
The sales person said I can cancel anytime just to get me to sign up. The set up was very difficult and was offered little support outside their very slow and clunky customer service team. We ended up closing our SDR department so we no longer needed aircall, and part of the reason why i signed up was because i could cancel and close the account anytime. Well, apparently that sales person either lied, or the customer service team wants to make life difficult for me. For months now I've been trying to close the account and they say they close it, and proceed to keep charging us. I made another request today to close the account and stop billing - but, I;m probably going to have to go through another merry go round and waste my time reminding them of the agreement they made with me. And the cycle goes on. A very clear example of choosing money over customers.

I love the app
I love the app. I hate workspace. The App is perfect
Workspace is too "Busy" and a lot harder to navigate than the app. Please don't get rid of the app!

BEWARE: Aircall sounds great at first but was I wrong
Aircall sounds great at first, until you sign up with the company. Their customer service is 0/5.
It's very slow. Replies usually come 5+ days later.
I signed up after going through a tutorial with the sales rep. After 3 days, my account froze. I asked for a reason, and they took 10 days to give me one. It turned out I was missing a document I had the whole time. I asked for a refund, and they told me to contact my bank. I am in the customer service industry, as I would assume Aircall is as well (they provide tools to the customer service industry), so it's mind-boggling how bad they treat their paying clients. Being in the industry, it's quite hard for me to be upset, but they definitely treated me poorly. As of this post, I have yet to receive my refund, and they have told me to contact my bank. Wild, they are as big as they are with this kind of treatment.
Even 1 star is too much for them

Phone number not working, support service non functional
I did subscription to get a phone number in France, the number is not working at all and customer support was not taking care of my complaint. I asked to get my payment back, no one is caring about that. Non professional at all.

False Promises, Manual Work and No Refunds
We bought Aircall specifically because we were told it would integrate smoothly with Zoho CRM, automatically logging calls and saving our team time. In reality the integration was anything but seamless: it required constant manual work, stripped out key data, and turned what was supposed to be a productivity boost into a daily drain on our team’s time. This was not what we signed up for.
When we asked for a refund because the product did not function as marketed, we were stonewalled. Their support team refused to budge and effectively kept our money with no real justification. This felt less like a service experience and more like they were stealing funds from a paying customer. Other reviewers have said the same thing about billing issues, unexpected charges, and subscription traps that are nearly impossible to escape once Aircall has your card.
Aircall’s slow manual CRM integration and dismissive refund handling show a complete lack of respect for customer time and budgets. If you value efficiency, clear communication between systems, and honest business practices, do not waste your time or money on this service.
