I did request the NYSNA fund to direct deposit into my bank account, it was not transferred, so requested to mail the check, however it has not been delivered. I wonder could get the fund?.

There is a very long delay in receiving…

There is a very long delay in receiving your confirmation code to verify your identity before receiving your card payment. Also, once you choose your method of receiving your payment, it’s unclear that you have to go back in and again verify that method. However, customer service is very quick to respond and very helpful.

My wife never got her card

My wife never got her card. When she verified twice her email with NYSNA and Akimbo, Akimbo would not address her problem. They essentially stole money from a woman with no job, no insurance, and no benefits at the time. They did this to so many people after a month on strike.

Tried to transfer to PayPal -unsuccessful
Tried to get to any debit account-unsuccessfully
Tried to say cut the check and mail it -unsuccessful.
Tried to all of the above and got blocked.
Tried multiple times in different days.
End up to be on the phone for hours and no customer service pick up .
I ended up to choose option for someone to call me and finally got it done.
Wasn’t easy at all . Not happy
Complete BS .
