I'm trying to settle down a payment and for more than one month I've sent 3 notices and none of them got an answer. When trying to create an account on "My Pages" as they say, the link simply redirects to a "page not found". I wish I could have posted a screenshoot. Please answer to my mails, very unserious and unprofessional company.

Very bad service.
If a company is handing over a case to Alektum,are you not supposed to call the client's and say that you have due payment and the case has been handed over to us ???
Instead you just send bills without any prior notification, then what is the difference between you and the actual company who has handed over case to you ??????

Scam - They link your personal email to public database of Subscriptions and then demand money.

This is a company that is in bed with the scam-industry. They dont due any due dilligance and they will call you from unlisted numbers.
This is a racket and a perfect example of all that is wrong with capitalism.
Dont EVER pay a claim from these criminals!

I recieve a lot of letter about this ALEKTUM, they said i need to pay those about their asking me the last letter they send me it cost kr 8.7711,33. Omg and i don't know why i owed them, i payed my phone every month as an installment from telia. Anyone can advise me here if i need to pay this or i just ignore it. Because i know i don't have any credit except the installment from telia.

Super unprofessional company with disrespectful employees. They’re laughing at me at the phone. Holding the line out of nowhere for 10 minutes. Trying to stop this company for months of tracing me for a invoice that I returned a half year ago. Not a client friendly business and for sure not what their payoff says.

I spoke with someone else and i could close the case of my client so 3 stars instead of 1, but overall weird experience dealing with them. I had to make my client send an email to authorize ME to ask informations for him (since my client doesn’t speak english and this privacy law prevent you from helping your client, but your data get sold and shared with other companies and your voice is recorded without permission on the call, so tell me what this privacy law is needed for, its a joke).

This organization is a disgrace for any company trying to have a relationship with their client. Contacting them over and over to get clarification on the case and rejecting the claim, we decided to pay to make sure the ridiculous high costs would not spiral outdo control. I have discussed with them that this is the reason why i paid and they promised to note it down and get back to the original company who invoices us, only to never hear from this person again. It is beyond me why any decent company would use the ‘services’ of Alektum
