What a great company to deal with, very knowledgeable staff to fix issues. (My own fault) Easy to communicate with and a shout out to Emily Dewbrey for being so helpful.
I bought an Andersen A2 because it’s marketed as a premium, high-quality British product. However, after just four years, it has failed. When I contacted support, the "repair" option I was given costs nearly £1,000—comprising a £744 core replacement and a £240 call-out fee because it is just outwith the three year warranty.
It is shocking that a "premium" charger is essentially unserviceable after such a short time. When a repair costs more than many brand-new chargers on the market, the company is effectively forcing you to create electronic waste. If you're looking for a long-term, sustainable investment, look elsewhere.

Like most people , when i am looking to purchase a bit of kit that needs to be reliable I conduct a LOT of research . I was looking for an EV charger: Anderson hit my radar screen. Question 1: Why do they offer a 7 Year market leading warranty . Simple : Excellent quality product : tested then tested again. Lots of variations; great people to speak to . Great advice / support …….. and it all happens in the UK.
Holly was very helpful and Emily demonstrated great customer service straight off the bat . A truly great customer experience . The charger looks the part and juices the car that puts a smile on my face everyday 😉😉

We went for an Andersen Quartz charger because its design and customisable colours make it look so much more attractive than other makes when it's in a prominent position at the front of the house.
We had a couple of minor issues with the charger which were quickly resolved by the Andersen customer support people. Our bigger problem was that charging using Intelligent Octopus Go as our tariff wasn't working properly. Charlie, in the Andersen Support team, went above and beyond to help me identify the source of this problem, even when it was clear that the problem wasn't the charger. (It turned out to be a software issue with the car.) I have very seldom experienced customer service of such a high standard at every level. It makes such a difference to be able to email and get a quick reply; to phone and speak to a human being or have a call returned when promised; to have minor faults put right quickly and with no quibbles; and finally to have customer service people go the extra mile to try to identify and resolve problems. Full marks to the Andersen team - they were absolutely top-notch.
Timely communication. Excellent system setup. Great customer service. Highly recommend

Danny who came and installed the charger came up with a much more sensible and discreet cable route than the one I had suggested. He worked fast and powered through in the cold and rain, and thr finished result was much better than I expected. He then comprehensively showed me how to use the charger. Excellent service, Danny is a credit to your company.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Ordered Quartz vision charge point with installation by Andersen installer.
All Andersen staff were super efficient, totally professional and so polite, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.
Having your own “Andersen concierge” (personal contact in customer services) assigned to you is such a bonus.
Karen was outstanding, answering any questions promptly and efficiently.
7 year warranty on charge point is a definite bonus.
The build quality of the charge point is exceptional. Solid and well built from quality materials.
Premium product at a slightly higher price than competitors but you definitely get what you pay for by the quality of the charger and the professionalism, friendly and helpful support of the Andersen staff and the full 7 year warranty on the installation.
Thoroughly recommend.

I have recently had an Anderson Quartz charger installed by a private electrician. Unfortunately, the charger failed to work and hence needed replacing. I called Anderson customer services and immediately got through to somebody who knew what they were talking about. They organised a replacement unit to be sent the next day and one of their installers to swap the units over within 5 days. I have also contacted them with another issue (not Anderson’s fault, lack of my understanding!) and had another fantastic customer service experience.
This is my first EV charger, so I don’t really have any experience to compare it with, but it works well and is intuitive to use along with the app. And it looks great.
I strongly recommend this company purely on the comforting knowledge that if there is a problem, they will sort it quickly and efficiently. They have absolutely set the benchmark for customer service. Keep it up.

The customer service was really good, with polite staff, who tried their best to resolve the issue I had. The staff member I was liaising with, Hannah, tried for just over 2hrs to fix the issue remotely but unfortunately had to arrange an engineer had to come to rectify the problem. Unfortunately, I had to wait just over a week until the engineer came. Once he arrived, I believe his name was Harry, he tested the charger and immediately located the issue, which turned out to be a faulty connector. After about an hour, he had it fixed and I was able to use it.

I bought the Andersen A3, as the hidden charging cable is great.
But it's stopped working, it developed a fault where the unit will not charge by vehicle
I’m an electrician and fitted the charger myself and i've fitted other brands in the past, I understand that things can go wrong from time to time especially ev chargers, what matters is how it’s handled. I tried everything I could think of before calling, but had no luck.
I sent an email in the evening around 9pm and followed it up with a call this morning when they opened at 8am and spoke to Jake Gajosz. He reviewed the correspondence I sent, walked through a remote firmware update with me to see if we could recover it, and then immediately arranged for replacement parts to be expedited for delivery tomorrow.
No messing about, just excellent customer service and a fast, practical solution.
Things break but it's how you handle it that matters. Thanks Andersen
