TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Been sent multiple fines for parking my car in my apartment garage where I have had a monthly paid parking space for more than 3 years. In addition received many fines for parking at Emporia shopping centre despite getting free parking validation from ICA. All of this is blamed on faulty number plate recognition cameras.

It has taken tens of hours of work to sort out all of their mistakes because their so called customer service people have no interest in resolving their problems and have a terrible attitude in general. Other than great company!

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company. As foreigners in Sweden, we parked our car in a place which was not marked by any sign. To our negative surprise, we found a fine ticket when picking up the car despite paying for the spot. When reaching to the company asking for a contact where we could complain, the only response was a threat that the price will increase if we do not pay within 10 days. This company should be illegal. It earns money by robbing people.

3 months and they refuse to give my money back

Worst customer service ever! I paid SEK 3000 to them in April by mistake, and since then I've been told that "they will forward to finance" and I never got my money back. Almost three months exchanging emails with no solution, they only say they will forward to finance and then they ask the same question over and over. A complete disrespect with their clients, outstanding incompetence and a shame for their industry.

101 on how not to do business

Worst company in history. Had rented a parking spot at my new flat. They make it very hard to know that you have to register your license plate for your own parking spot. Lucklily I saw and had registered my license plate. They just didn't tell me I could only park in one spot at the hole parking space, and the only place to see this is in your contract which you have to login to their portal to find. You have to open your contract to see the number of your parking spot.
They try to confuse you by writing you can register up to five license plates but can only park one car at a time per spot - this is nonsense as you can not fit more than one car in one parking spot and since you have one specific number for your spot, this is written only to confuse you into thinking everything is good.

So I got a parking fine the first day of my contract when I was moving into my new apartment on 800 kr. When I complained about it they sent you back and forth between Hojab parkingservice and Apcoa - just wast of your time. They apparently sent the decision to my old adress so they added 60 kr. because I now hadn't paid the fine in time - straight up hustler company. No way to call them - you can chat with them and they won't help you. So I choose to park somewhere else, away from my apartment, rather than pay Apcoa. Our parking has more than 15 empty parking spaces - wonder why Apcoa! So you made 800 kr. but lost a customer for the next many years - So kids, this is 1-0-1 how NOT to do business!

APCOA does not give a damn to the customers!

This company has a terrible customer service and I do not understand why anyone is giving contracts to them to run the partking places! Even the payment of the monthly fees cannot be done with e-faktura or autogiro. They want everything to be cheap and easy for them and do not give a damn to the customers!

Lack of sensitivity for newbies and foreigners...

Hi, Me and my sambo have recently bought a new car. On Satuday we went shopping at Rosengard shopping center. We entered the parking and saw many persons cars just parking there, obviously for free. We also asked a person if we had to pay and they told us no. After we stayed there for about 45 minutes, we went back to the car and we saw a yellow parking ticket! We were greatly surprised! I looked for an parking person to ask why. Waited but nobody around. Today, Monday the 7th of June, I called APCOA offices and I described them the situation. They told me that the reason I got the ticket, is that we didn't have a p-clock on the car. I asked them what is it and they told me, that this is used in Sweden. I asked them how could I know, and they told me there were signs around. I asked them if it was written in Swedish or English and they told me, there was no text just the sign. Not very helpful.... I asked them if they could erase this fine, since this was my first week with the car and that I didn't abuse the parking time or something. And there was no warning about using this pclock or potential fine. I will know from now on. But they didn't show any sensitivity for a new customer. I consider this a bad marketing practice. Like a trap for new drivers (in Sweden) or foreigners. Just a sign without any text? Is this a good way to make money? From new drivers or foreigners? Very disappointed....

Reported them to konsumentverket (Swedish customer office). I think business should be next to their new customers and not against.
