I’m extremely dissatisfied with how they handled my issue. They lack real customer service—calls go to voicemail, and responses are limited to emails within 24–48 hours, which delays resolution. I prefer quick phone communication, but that’s not an option. They will not call you back, only email!

I’m house hacking a two-unit property, living in one unit, with no tenant until the 1st. To test their payment system, I sent a rent payment to myself as a tenant. The payment took five business days to process, but the funds never arrived into my account. Instead of notifying me of the issue directly on the platform, they sent an email to an account I rarely check because I do not have a tenant. I had no reason to check that email. Later, I learned their policy prohibits paying rent to yourself. I provided proof of ownership as requested and explained I wouldn’t process payments this way again.

The next day, they deactivated my account and banned me without a detailed explanation and said my money would be refunded in 7–10 business days—three weeks after I initiated the payment. This long delay could’ve been avoided with proper communication or functional customer service.

I cannot recommend them and urge them to improve. Your experience might differ, but mine was unacceptable.

Decided to add me to their forums for no absolute reason for the sake for marketing and spamming. Absolutely distasteful marketing. More reason to not support this company. This method is HIGHLY Illegal. YOU'VE BEEN MARKED AS SPAM

Azibo is phenomenal so far. great customer service, the software is clean and simple and has made our lives a whole lot easier.

Made my end of year tax filings a breeze with everything perfectly and automatically categorized and into a form I was able to provide to my CPA, saving me time and money!

The setup is very easy and walks you through the process. I'm impressed by the quick service and support, especially because I'm just using the free capabilities. Over time, I plan to use the other features, and I really like the dashboard, which gives me a quick glance of overall financials.

Azibo has made so many aspects of property ownership easier for me. Nearly every aspect of my rental property business is run inside the platform in some capacity. I have Azibo manage things like rent collection, maintenance issues, late fees, etc.

I had a tenant not understand how to get set up when we first onboarded them, but once I had them get in touch with customer support they were able to help them get everything figured out easily. I’ve even had their support teams walk me through other aspects of what their newer features are capable of, and they’ve been a great help. Very quick to respond which is rare today.

If you want to save time and streamline a lot of the busy work that comes with rentals, I can’t recommend this platform enough!

Azibo has been great! After investing in my first rental property, I found Azibo, and everything has been great! They have been super helpful and responsive to any questions I've had along the way. All the features are great and in one spot for professional property management. The tenants love the credit boost feature.

It’s a great platform for self management of rental properties

I had some trouble setting things up to pay rent at the start, and now after moving out and cancelling the rent payments, Azibo kept taking money for renter insurance even though it should be obvious I’d moved out, and there was no warning it wouldn’t cancel too. I moved country and can’t access the app to change anything now, or to handle the overdraft in my old bank account it left by taking the insurance.

Do not collect your rent on their platform unless you want to get your money in 7+ days or never see it!
I used their platform to generate the lease, background check my tenants, then execute the lease. I charged my renters 6 months upfront as we agreed upon and Azibo is refusing to give the money to me (yes you read it right), even though I gave them all the verifications they asked for.
I now am asking to return the funds back to my renters as I am losing faith on them to give this money to me.
Never using them again.

Easy to use with plenty of feature and function. Just as importantly, when there’s any situation or issue that needs attention, I trust Azibo to work with me to resolve it. I use Azibo for all my properties!

Azibo holds onto rent payments far longer than they claim to - I receive my tenant’s rent 7 days after they have paid it. Have complained to Azibo repeatedly and they just shrug. Looking for a new service !

great bookkeeping features, imports transactions from anywhere

I got lucky and hit the jackpot with Azibo! I am a fresh entry in the rental property industry. Got my first property to be come a landlord and set it up for rent! Azibo is the first website that was recommended multiple times from numerous Google search results! I tried it loved how so many features were available all in one platform. Its like an "All-You-Can-Eat" buffet! The best part, my tenants love how User Friendly it is to pay rent with multiple options! I, myself, love the Bookkeeping feature! I finally got all of my transactions synchronized and organized in time before my tax deadline. Azibo also offered multiple reports to be created so I can provide them all to my Tax Accountant. It made filing my business tax return very easy! Thank you!!!

Does exactly what I wanted and more! It's getting even better seeing how much they are growing since the beginning. Adding more useful features that I will planned to use one day soon. Very good platform for landlords.
