The rep who answered was Sara, and I can't compliment her professionalism enough. She explained the situation and kept me updated each day, including the day it was finally delivered. The delay had nothing to do with B-Parts, they sent it out the same day as the order. But they made sure I was kept in the loop. Part sent was not what I ordered,told me it was like I didn't know what I ordered hide behind emails had no intention of making it right the worst customer service I've ever had!
I was using Gemini to help me find a specific car part for my Renault. The AI acted like a professional consultant, found b-parts website and the service from B-Parts was exceptional.
Gemini cross-referenced part numbers and paint codes from photos to ensure a 100% match. The photo uploaded on B-aprts had a serial number but it was impossible to read for me but AI did a great job and red the numbers.
B-Parts provided the official chassis number for the part, which allowed the AI to validate the exact vehicle origin and color code.

You get a wider range of parts than most other online sites, and you can browse without putting yourself out for tender by email. That is what made me choose B-Parts.
The part (Seat Ibiza Fuel Filler Cap) was well described and I think fairly priced. I received two welcome emails, one in English and the same in Portuguese. The invoice was in English.
The part was well packaged and undamaged from transit. It was dirty as (like many breaker parts) it had just been pulled from a scrap vehicle and packaged up. There was a rip in the rubber, almost certainly from when the breaker removed the sleeve from the fuel line. On reexamination this was clear in the item's photographs. Looking at other lots it must happen very frequently.
The part arrived quickly from abroad via TNT and fit well. The colour is a perfect match. Happy with the transaction.

I bought a spare tire. I did not need and initiated a return. I sent return out with FedEx on Jan 10th 2026. As of Feb 11th, 2026 FedEx determined the tire was lost. I contacted customer service about this at the very beginning and Sara Vieira responded immediately. Sara has been absolutely amazing!!! She was on it from day one!! Contacting FedEx, communicating with me throughout the entire process and worked with finance to issue me a full refund. B-Parts overall has been absolutely amazing! Some of the best customer service support I have ever seen!!

I bought an interior door handle for my Peugeot 5008 from B-Parts. The replacement part was nearly spotless and arrived in a couple of days. Will definitely use them again if I need parts for the car again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER..
We purchased LHD lights from this company at a cost of over 2100euro, unfortunately the car had 2 models for the same year and they didn't work, as it was after the 14days (due to fitting times from the garage and main Land Rover Dealer in Murcia) we asked if we could return them which they agreed and we then spent over another 1100euro for more lights which work perfectly. So now we are over 3300euro out of pocket. We returned the lights in perfect condition in the same packaging (the garage confirm this) and after more that 2wks they sent blured images that it is impossible to see any damage saying they are damaged??? we have refuted this and asked more than 10 times for images of the lights & packaging, to date nothing, they have our money and goods and do not answer messages (more than 75 messages since end Dec). In addition we have tried to speak to them, No Chance!! It really is appaling and we are now seeking legal advice to get our money back. If you have a problem beware as they are likely to keep your money and goods, we are so disappointed (Being Polite as we have been the whole time doesn't make any difference.
