I have ordered from batterionline many…
I have ordered from batterionline many times previously and everything has been fine, but when things go wrong, they really go wrong.
I ordered 5 watch battery cells in April 2025, and received 5 cells with an expiry date of Nov 2023.
For the last 10 days I have been trying to contact their support unsuccessfully.
- I have emailed 3 separate occasions.
- Tried to contact via messenger on facebook
- And now currently sitting on the phone for the last 20 minutes, and I am always in queue position number 1. Is anyone actually working there????
Their customer support is awful.
Update: 9th May. I have just received the replacement batteries after finally getting through to customer support, and they too are dated Nov/2023.
I just cant win :(

Thank you for taking the time to write a review - it is much appreciated.
We ship all our items from Denmark therefore our orders have to go through customs, normally it does not create a longer delivery time.
But Postnord has had a breakdown in their customs system between the 19. and 23 of January, so all of our shipments were stuck for a while and then it took some days to catch up.
I apologize for the inconvenience and can assure this isn´t our normal delivery time, feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
