I am quite shocked at the reviews as I’ve been using this company since 2016 never had a problem progesterone and esterol I have they even replaced one a couple of months ago as it wasn’t in box always replied and always received my products takes 1/2 weeks but depends on post (comes from america) so it’s to be expected …
This year I have placed two orders of Artichoke pills the first arrived perfectly, the second which I placed on the 13th of May never arrived, according to UPS tracking system the product was detained at Mexican customs for containing illegal substances. I have now been charged with a new order . If the product is to be detained again I have lost money on both orders. There is NO way to contact them even though on the web page it says that if needed one can contact them through mail, they do not give an address. I wish to cancel the automatic order and have my money returned.
They send from US though they have and name themselves Bioeva Netherlands, they don't have the paper and once the order arrive you are asked by postNL to pay about 11 euros for receiving your order.
I have asked them to pay those or it will be sent back, i have contacted twice the website without any reply, this website is a SCAM !

Biovea pour la Suisse est un véritable site internet qui envoie ses commandes de l'étranger (pour moi les USA) en environs trois semaines. J'ai tous reçu en périodes de fêtes, il n'y a eu aucuns soucis avec eux et le numéro qu'ils m'ont donné était traçable à la fois sur TrackingMore et sur le site de la Poste Suisse. J'ai eu une très bonne expérience et vu tous les commentaires négatifs j'avais peur que ce soit un scam, ce qu'il n'est vraiment pas.

Biovea for Switzerland is a real website that sends orders from abroad (USA for me) in about three weeks. I received all my orders during the holiday season, there were no problems with them and the number they gave me was traceable on both TrackingMore and the Swiss Post website. I had a very good experience and considering all the negative comments I was afraid it was a scam, which it really isn't.
You will see a lot of bad reviews but the site is “legit” and isn't a blatant scam. First of all this company is not UK based it is US. I ordered melatonin to the UK and it took nearly 2 months (long delivery) didnt have any customs issues however ( dont order it your from republic of Ireland strict customs) Would i order from here again probably not but maybe if there isnt a better option. Just know what products are legal in your area and if it isnt legal then there is a chance of it getting destroyed if the customs are strict and dont blame the company for that.
My review for the Bioeva Progesterone cream was not published on their site so I am writing it here for full transparency since they clearly do not publish honest reviews and only select good reviews for their products.
Firstly, this is not a UK based site as it makes out and products purchased are shipped from the US. This is totally misleading for UK consumers.
I purchased 2 bottles of their progesterone cream and a few days later was given a tracking number that it had been shipped. However, 2 weeks later nothing arrived and it was showing as being shipped from the US and stuck in customs! I wrote to customer service twice about the fact that it is 1. totally misleading to brand the site as a UK based site leading customers to think they are ordering locally. And 2. When will the items may actually arrive and will I be charged customs tax? I received a less than satisfactory reply to check the tracking number and completely ignoring the first point made. When my items did finally arrive the progesterone bottles looked cheap and bulky, with unclear instructions on the dosage. All it says is one pump daily. One pump could dispense anything from a pea size to a huge amount 4 times that. For a health product it is really unsatisfactory given that the amount of progesterone is key in hormonal treatment. This is also a weak strength of progesterone at 20mg. I used to see a US based naturopath who recommended a 40mg strength progesterone cream in a measured dispenser pump to regulate my periods peri-menopause. This Bioeva cream you really do not know how much you are using.
Be cautioned of this website. I am not very trusting of the brand or their products and will not be ordering from them again.
This company is a scam. Wont refund me my money and will only add credit to my account. this would normally be acceptable, however I have now discovered that most of their products will be detained in my country- just like my order was and had to be destroyed by customs. Explained this situation, and told them what was the point in adding credit to my account when I cannot buy anything anyway? Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! AVOID, AVOID AVOID. Made an order on April 3rd. The package was never shipped until i wrote customer support. When the package arrived in DK it was held in customs, as Bioeva ship from the US without informing customers. So i refused to accept the package and it was shipped back.
Now Bioeva refuse to refund my money, eventhough the package was sent back early june.
Lack of information, poor customer service, slow delivery and horrible refund process.
Red Flag
I placed an order on the 27th May however it is not possible to track the item with the tracking code the company provided. I sent them the tracking screen shot of the invalid tracking code on the 2nd June but received no response. The money is taken of my account, tracking code does not work and not a proof that it is being sent. No response whatsoever. Are these people scammers? is this a legitimate company? I will reverse the charge and file a complaint with UK authorities. I would avoid.
Last time you asked me my order number here as if I could reply to you here. You failed to tell me how I should do it. It is almost as if you want to appear you are trying to help but won't provide a way how.

ok so I have been using Bioeva for over 10 years now and not had many problems unitl this time, so I ordered my usual products on 11.2.20 2 weeks later no delivery I checked the tracking and there is no inofmraiton after 12.2.20. I emailed 4 times to the customer service, no answer so I managed after much effort to get a telephone number who tell me my order number is not recognised, my credit card details are not recognised and belong to someone else entirely?? The woman just kept saying please ring back, please ring back. So just absolutely fobbed off.
Bioeva my order number is 40907639 which the woman said does not exist? I have your email confirming it?? And my tracking number is: 822007 40439723 35584. The woman also said she couldn't locate it from a tracking number? Rediculous. My order is worth £46.81 and i cannot afford to be that out of pocket. Please get this sorted and if so then reimburse me my money. If this is not sorted asap then you have lost a customer that has been with you for over 10 years
Bioeva keep sending me a cancelled order, even after I called customer service to cancel it, 3 months apart.
I bought 3 x Salus Beets which I was happy with, I then put it on repeat order, and cancelled it by phone with customer services after the first shipment, 3 months apart I then get another order delivered. When I phone and query it customer service (Michael) says it’s still on the system, he remembers speaking to me but forgot to cancel the order.
I have the goods here unused however to return them Bioeva want to charge me for returning the product to the US!
I find this unacceptable, as the mistake is of their making, being told that they don’t have a UK returns policy doesn’t help but I don’t see why I should pay for this repeat mistake. Is it too much for them to arrange a courier collection ?
Now I am not getting a response to email having asked for this to be settled according to the Consumers Act. 2015.
