I’m 56 years old, Bottle Buzz is by far the worst company I’ve ever done business with with. They have had my money for 3 weeks. I keep getting these emails that say UPS has not provided a tracking number. I call them sat on phone for 20 minutes nothing. Their emails are all lies. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
Dishonest Company
Ordered from them and they told me my package was shipped but upon further communication the tracking info they gave me noted only a label had been produced. Took a month to get a portion of my order and still missing items and they are trying to say that I received it. This is continuing to be an ongoing situation I would not trust this company ever again. They are dishonest and slow
Still waiting after 5 weeks
I placed an order and they kept deceiving me about the delivery with a tracking number that was not dropped off to the carrier for weeks after providing it. I am approaching 6 weeks with no delivery and lots of false promises and delays. I keep getting asked to rate my experience, hard to do with no delivery of product. The only positive is they kept responding to repeated emails , never with useful information, but they did respond. Maybe I will add a star if I ever see my order delivered.

The Worst Customer Service
Ordered two bottles of alcohol. Immediately asked bottlebuzz to cancel the order. They acknowledged I wanted the order cancelled and hours later processed and shipped the order anyway. They then shipped it without adding over 21 signature. Never received the package. Wrote BottleBuzz Numerous times and they blew me off. BottleBuzz did nothing to solve the problem. Horrible Customer Service. Do Not Waste Your Money. Filing a Complaint with the State of California for illegally shipping alcohol without adult signature required.

Blanton was delivered in a timely manner but the Eagle Rare that I ordered at the same time has not been delivered. Sent several emails to BottleBuzz at first requesting a replacement for Eagle Rare. Now requesting a refund. Still waiting.

Unreliable - Use at your own risk
Ordered a bottle of bourbon on December 27 as a gift and its March 25th and still have not received. I have called 5+ times (average hold time is 30 minutes) and emailed even more to get it addressed and all I get is promises someone will call me back to get this resolved. On my last call I was supposed to get a call back from a manager with a ship date because of my travel schedule and it never happened and is now shipping when I'm out of town and I'll have to pay for UPS to hold it. Honestly, unless your desperate, do not use this place. I would rather have gone through other channels to get this and would have paid more. Unbelievably bad experience.

Didn't get what I ordered
Didn't get what I ordered. Won't respond. Spent a bunch of money on a bottle of Blantons in an engraved wooden box for my father's 60th Birthday. I got a bottle in saran wrap in a cardboard box with a card that didn't even have the full message on it! Literally the card has two sentences and it cuts off in the middle of the third sentence. They never answer for the phone. Have sat on hold for hours. Don't expect ANY customer service and be prepared to get screwed. Never ordering from them again. Will definitely be doing a charge back on this thing.

If I could give this company a 0, I would! I ordered a bottle of Blanton's Bourbon for my son for Christmas. This was the only thing he asked for. It arrived damaged. The bottle was leaking. The packaging was wet and smelled of bourbon. I had paid extra to insure the delivery. I called the company and was told they would not do anything because this was considered "minor" damage. I was shocked. Would you give your child a leaking bottle of bourbon? What if there is glass in the bourbon?!! I initiated a dispute with my credit company and got a pretty timely response from Bottle Buzz. They offered me a discount on the bottle I had or a replacement. I opted for replacement and asked if they would be sending packing for me to return the leaking bottle. Since that time, I have followed up with the company repeatedly and I keep getting the runaround. It is now mid March! I believe they are just trying to wear me down. If I had the time, I would be on the phone EVERY day with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
