The item I received was absolutely awful. The portable wooden picnic table pictured on the site was nothing like the flimsy, poorly finished one I received. It did not look strong enough to take a bottle of wine, and the food trays did not look suitable at all. I would say it was not fit for purpose.
I reached out to customer service & asked for a refund & return label. On the site returns are not to Canada, which is what I was told. The postage was so high it was not worth my efforts. So while customer service has offered a partial refund and free item, I would recommend not using Bowlift . The item was not as described and I feel they should have offered a return label.

Reached out to BOW Gifts after signing up as a Gold Sponsor for an event. The lead time was a couple of weeks, and we had no idea what to give away as swag. The team at BOW was amazing and jumped straight in, giving us options that matched our needs and even came in under budget!

They didn't try to squeeze every penny out of us. Instead, they worked with us to understand the attendees' expectations while creating swag that made us stand out.

I will definitely be using them again (hopefully with a longer lead time!).

The crown necklace is very pretty and as pictured. It was shipped quickly.
