Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Customers express significant dissatisfaction with the company's payment processes, citing concerns about hidden fees and unexpected charges. Many consumers feel misled by the pricing structure, believing it lacks transparency. People report charges without explicit consent, leading some to consider the billing practices unethical and even akin to theft. There are complaints about the difficulty in canceling subscriptions and the persistence of charges despite cancellation attempts. Additionally, reviewers express concerns about the website and the overall subscription experience. Some consumers report issues with resetting passwords and find the website to be misleading regarding costs. While user experience is a point of contention with varied opinions, the predominant sentiment leans towards negative due to the issues encountered with payments and subscriptions. The price of the service is perceived as not justified by the value received, with some describing the results or reports as vague and not worth the cost.
