Old brewery history

It was great to hear the history and look at the inner workings of such an old brewery. The information given was very interesting and the tour guide was was friendly and knew what she was talking about.

No refund issued.

I made my order 29.11.2025. The order was never shipped. In a week I asked to cancel it. I am still not refunded. Customer service ignores all the emails.
The shop is strongly not recommended.

Very late delivery

Slightly cheaper prices (2-5€ over a 60-70€ purchase) don't justify 10 days to deliver some packaged dog food.
I will not order again from them.

Cans arrived dented, some quite badly.

I ordered expensive canned dog food for urinary support. I received the cans fairly quick. Unfortunately, almost half were dented. Even though they were on a cardboard sleeve and plastic wrapped. I am not sure how the cans in the middle of the sleeve were so badly dented, unless they were packed dented.
I will not order from Brekz again.

We ordered dogs food on March 1

We ordered dogs food on March 1, today is March 11 and it is still NOT delivered! 7th working day !!!
Meanwhile Brekz sent me about 10 e-mails with different information and finally DPD sent the parcel to a parcel shop/pick-up center instead!!! Awful service and awful experience. I would like to cancel my order now.

Never ever again!!!

Never ever again!!!
They are sending you the wrong goods and when you complain immediately and want to send it back, they reply very very late and tell you, in which time you have to complain ( which was very much in time) and that you have to do everything, paying for the postage etc...No apology, nothing. Instead very rude. They don't
seem to care about any service for the customers.
Even their products are not really of good quality, and they lack many good companies of good food.
I can only advise to keep away from buying there. There are much better companies for us customers with animals, who care about service.

wrong items

i ordered large amout of food for my cat they bring wrong product after 2 weeks which other company bring in 3 days its show they are not controlling there delivery system

Two out of three orders could be delivered in France, not the third one

Two out of three orders could be delivered in France, not the third one. My last order has been refused. The mail I received mentioned that you do not deliver in France. I was really puzzled since the previous orders were delivered in France where I live. Could you please let me know if I can continue ordering the food for my dogs at Brekz in Germany to be delivered in France. Thank you and kind regards

Customer service better than the packaging!

Finally the confusion was resolved by a very patient woman at the Brekz customer service. A long-winded process but worth the effort to get the refund. Brekz lost a star for the poor packaging the goods were sent in, not Strong enough for the weight of goods.

they mess the delivery data and blame the customer

They sent the order to wrong address and person, blames me for changing the address when i never met the person before.
The reply doesn't help in anything.
I already proved through the tracking that the address was wrong form the start as all the delivery attempts were in a different city. the company doesn't take responsibility for their mistake and still try to blame it on others.
I feel like i've been robed
