It was not possible to deliver to my home address so the delivery ended up at a place for me to go and pick it up. Fair enough, but not when I found out it was 30 km from home, one way. When describing this for customer service they took full responsibility for getting it resolved to a more convenient solution for me.

I've tried to order from this site X5 times now, constantly running into server errors, slow loading and finally a card error when at the final step. What's the point in being in business if you cannot even be bothered to run an efficient site. Another order lost to Zooplus.

Order and payment went, like always, right through. But that delivery time is not at all accurate. To write 2-4 days is a straight-up lie! Time and time again, it fails to deliver on time. More like 8 to 10 working days would be accurate. And my money, they take it right away. Order number 20233769

If i could give 0 stars i would. Order delayed nearly two weeks, ordered on the 1st June, arrives today with my entire order missing and two random cat toys instead. Phone lines closed early even though it says they should be open. Abysmal service, I used to always shop here and recommend them but not now, stay away from Brekz!

Update: As an update I will say the email from customer service was kind & fast, they have sent the correct order out the day after the incorrect one was found. We will see when it arrives and what arrives.

Fast delivery and high quality products

I placed an order and had to pay via bank transfer. Got an mail with instructions. Before i paid i read reviews and saw amounts of bad reviews that people pay and dont get response. So i mailed the cc ten days ago about that i wanted to know if they send my order if i pay.havent got any answer.........

I’ll start with the fact that service is great. However the Ordering platform is terrible. Signing into the app doesn’t work. Always brings me to a different country. I change it to my country and the only thing that is saved is the previous order but when I do not care to order the exact thing, it’s a useless feature. Product choices are fine.

Interestingly, when I order 2 packs a 12 kg dog food to Denmark it is 40 Euro more expensive, than when I order it to Germany....

I was kept updated all the time. Delivery was right at the door of the 3rd floor and in promised time.
