First and last order with Bringmeister

First and last order with Bringmeister! I ordered only 4 products, and 1 of them simply didn't come. The driver of course couldn't care less, and just said "ask for a reimbursement". So here I am, on the day of the party for which I ordered the drinks, without them! Completely unreliable.

Everytime there is always something…

Everytime there is always something missing in the delivery. Sometime 80% articles are missing.

Oh this is a great service...
You cannot imagine how happy I am for not bringing water or other heavy things home by myself....
They are punctual with the delivery and friendly. Also the products are fresh and good quality.. 5 stars from me

Delivery was said to have happened

Delivery was said to have happened, while we are certain it was not - as we were home the whole time, without any phone call or ring on the bell. We called Bringmeister to ask what happened, and if we then could have proof or at least a time stamp when the delivery had "happened". Bringmeister did not share any proof or evidence with us - which is a really bad and surprising customer service for a delivery company, like nothing we have experienced before. Will not use this service again.

We checked back with out customer service. According to our driver you where not there during the delivery. Our driver also did send a video as proof which the customer service forwarded to you. Our driver was there within your chosen time frame.

My order never arrived

My order was supposed to arrive between 18 and 22. Got a message at 21:30 that my order was late. Waited until midnight just to get the message that they could not deliver it and that my order was canceled. That’s so disrespectful, to keep people waiting until so late and then cancel it. No consideration at all. Worst service.

Very poor service!

I ordered last March and paid 70€ for it. I was very diapoointed because I ordered a lot of groceries, but unfortunately only 3 packs of bottled water was delivered! Very disappointing. I’ve called 3x but they keep on telling me they will call again. Until now I haven’t received any call and any answer from my email! Please don’t be fooled with this one! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Oder should have been delivered between…

Oder should have been delivered between 6:00PM and 10:00PM, update given at 09:45PM that there will be a delay and delivery will arrive by latest 11:15PM.
I waited until midnight, as you cannot reach anyone after 10:00PM anymore, and no delivery took place.
When calling today customer service the answer was, the delivery got cancelled on their end. NO information was given to me prior or after they decided to cancel it I HAD TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Additionally they are unable to deliver, even though it was there mistake the next day.
Worst service EVER !And you lost a client now that spend a lot of money prior on your service to the competition now!

Service is fine

Service is fine, but most often some stuff is not available when you need it. Plus never order toast!!! It's always due exactly the next day. But who can eat so much bread on just one day? Typical case of German service disaster where no tricks remain untried to screw the customer over.

Don't order anything "fresh"

I am happy with the service, usually can get a cheap same-day delivery and the price mark-up is not too bad. However, I have bad experience with ordering anything "fresh" like fruits and vegetables (others mention milk & bread too). They are always stale, sometimes even partially rotten, mostly inedible. Definitely not pieces that you would pick yourself in a supermarket. For ordering long-shelf products and frozen or vacuum sealed products I can recommend it though.

OK experience with improvement possibilities

Ordered twice, and both times the groceries got delivered quick and the order was complete. Two minor points of criticism/improvement:
- The product selection in Munich is worse than in Berlin, and the site first let us pick products, then asked the region and kicked out all products. Not great UX guys.
- They supposed to take your "Pfand", but they thought I had too much and didn't want to accept it. It was just 3 paper bags. I consider this to be lack of service.

Most of the time items I need are not…

Most of the time items I need are not available online. Today wanted to order some broccoli, carrots, green beans, Landliebe milk.
All I get is a ´mehr ist unterwegs´ message. What´s the point of having an online shop if nothing is available?

Items Missing - Absolutely pathetic service.

Absolutely pathetic service.

Around ten items are missing on my first order.

When the delivery person came to deliver, I told him I would like to count all items to see if they're all there, and then he said that he has another delivery so would not have time.

I then called him up ten minutes later explaining the missing items, and he said he did not have this.

As an Edeka only shopper, and a first bringmeister user, I can promise not to use this brand and its services again, no matter their location or pricing, unless this issue is fixed.

Very disappointing business model

Very disappointing business model. You can't pay eith a card at the check out and when they show up at your door to pay they don't accept any international cards by any provider like VISA, MASTERCARD etc. Definitely a very basic service for only germans.
