Bunch has been key when I started my journey as a new Engineering Manager. And the tool keeps supporting me daily! They give me tools, ideas and tips that would have probably taken me months, if not years, to get, understand and properly apply. And it's all made in a manageable chunk that I can squeeze in my busy schedule!
I keep recommend it to everyone around me, and I know I convince some of my colleagues to do the switch, and I'm happy about that: more qualified Managers for our teams!

I've recently entered a higher role at work where I now supervise several people and work in a small team. The experience has been great so far, but I'm always eager to find ways to improve and work on myself. I started using Bunch because initially I found the app design and their online presence interesting but now that I have had more time to use the app, I'm also convinced that it will help me to become a better boss and mentor. I like the tipps I get through the coach and I will keep using it. Some members of my team have also started using it now.

I’ve been learning a lot from it. The best thing is the app doesn’t demand a lot of time from you. If you only have 2 minutes before jumping into another meeting it’s all you need to learn something new. But I highly recommend to do it when you’re not in a hurry.

Awesome app to increase your self improvement on a daily basis with a time invest of about 2 minutes per day.
Also you get the chance to reflect what you’ve learned by doing really cool quizzes in the end of a chapter. Great app!

This app has given me a lot of great ideas for how to be a better leader, and brought me confidence and clarity on how best to handle day to day life in a fast-paced team.

The tips are highly customized to my current challenges (at least it feels like that). So I always use the app in morning while commuting or drinking my cup of coffee in the home office.

I'm a new leader and have been struggling with not knowing how to give feedback and manage up. I've found the Bunch content very useful for addressing many of these issues. It provides applicable, quick tools I can use in the moment. I've already seen it make a difference. Some of my peers even told me so.

Nifty app that made my morning much more productive. Definitely recommended for people with any kind of leadership experience. Big insights delivered in small chunks. Really helps me improve my relationships at work and have useful frameworks to lead with.

For example I've really learned a lot about embracing conflict that's helped in both work and my personal life.

As well as all of the mindfulness tips have been crucial for setting boundaries between work and life during this pandemic.
