Horrible customer service
Horrible, horrible customer service.
I signed up for the 3-day trial and decided to buy one month of subscription to fully try out the app. After the trial ended I was charged for a month subscription, but the app would not recognize my subscription - meaning I was not able to use the app.
Now, after 6 weeks my subscription has ended and I have neither received a refund or a solution to my problem.
There have been countless e-mails back and forth with the customer service, but the constant response has been that “we are looking into it”. They have showed no urgency to resolve the issue. The customer service kinda feels like it’s being run by AI itself. Definitely would not recommend.
