the worst experience of my life! i will never be shopping with this company ever again! i have constantly sent emails and no one responds!! I have been asking constantly for the company to change my delivery address so that DHL can deliver my parcel but they do not respond. they told me someone changed my address but according to DHL no address has been changed! i want my money back ASAP! please don’t shop from this place.. it’s been more than 10 days!!

I was very scared on ordering a niche perfume because the price was too low then i trusted them and send money online the delivery was too fast i get my order in 3 days and when i check my perfume it was 100 percent original i was very impressed i will buy more perfume from casa del profumo i recommend it

I ordered from them, package did not arrive. GLS says they can not hand me the parcel because some information is missing from sender.
They are not responding to any email or the number they put is unavailable.

Either they sell fake or Afnan products are just really terrible (which seems unlikely), because these afnan perfumes i bought are considered "beastly" from tons of fragrance reviewers but these particular bottles don't even have enough strength to walk out of the room with you once you are done spraying them. It's very very bad, and i honestly regret buying them, i wish i had bought just one so i can test and know not to make another purchase.

The parfum I ordered arrived promptly and I'm satisfied with what I recived.
I was also particulary pleased with cusumer service, which in my case was efficiet.

Ordered twice, maybe will do it again. Both time got delivered in 3-4 days. The only complication is the return process. They don't have proper customer service. Their email inbox is full, it sends template emails. So, order only the products about which you are really sure.

Do not buy from it! Their return policy is absurd. They wanted me to take a picture of the broken perfume glass, which was already thrown in the city recycling bin. I also doubt they are selling legit items! Rethink!

I bought a nautica voyage perfume from Amazon but it was fake then I bought it from this website and it was original i recommend it

I'm very loyal to this shop! Have ordered many times since 2021. Never had an issue. The prices are the best, you can find amazing deals. For a collector like me it's great! Sometimes you can find a perfume without the original box, testers, damaged packaging... but it is always clear from the description and the perfume itself is always perfect. I've only gotten the original product and the shipping was fast. They also make the little decants, I wish, however, they were with the spray (I'd be buying more of them in that case).

Great price, quick response to your queries, good quality products and authentic. Only problem is gls delivery service which is very bad. casa del profumo is best but gls delivery service is damaging their reputation by delivering orders late. I dont know if it happens often but happened in my case.

ok, this website is making me crazy. Casadelperfumo shoots me to the delivery company and the delivery company asks me to talk with the sender. Days passed from the estimated delivery, and no one answered my email, no one picks the phone calls, etc. I want my money back.
They are completely irresponsible.

Price and products selection at the best. Delivery and pakaging are at the same level. My first choise.

the perfumes are truly original, competitive prices. the only problem is the courier chosen, because unfortunately it always delays delivery by 1 day compared to what was declared at the time of ordering. I recognize that it is a problem of the courier and not of the Casa del Profumo
