We switched our fulfillment business to ChannelDock recently and it has completely optimized our workflow. As a fulfillment provider having reliable syncing and integrations is crucial and ChannelDock delivers this perfectly. It solved nearly all the issues we had with our previous system.

The biggest win for us is the self serving portal where our clients can manage their own onboarding and check their status 24/7. This drastically reduces our support workload and gives our clients full transparency.

On top of that the customer support is outstanding. They helped us set everything up correctly and supported us with any questions during the onboarding. It is great software at a fair price and we feel perfectly equipped for growth.

Really good professionals. Answer quick on chat and also the fixes come quite fast.
