Their equipment is garbage and they are scammers
I was so happy to finally be able to purchase a liquid filling machine made in the USA. Boy was I in for a huge disappointment! I paid over $7,000 for a piece of junk. The machine is such a bad design, the pistons stick in the cylinders so badly it shakes the whole machine. My 5 year old Chinese made filler that cost $440 still works and works a thousand times better than the USA made piece of junk. We also found rust on this supposedly food grade stainless steel machine. I have photos to prove this. They don’t stand behind their machines either because their return policy is ludicrous! Must return within 30 days in original packaging (the crate was basically destroyed on arrival), HUGE restocking fee, cleaning fee, freight shipping fee, etc. And the owner is so incredibly rude and obnoxious. So disappointed in my fellow Americans.
