Hi there,

I completely understand your frustration. Seeing a heavier version on the website right after you received yours is annoying, and I want to personally clear up exactly what happened here so you know you weren't misled.

The truth is simply a matter of bad timing with the factory release:

1. The Timing: You placed your order on Dec 31st. At that specific moment, the watch you bought (V1) was the best version available in the world. We shipped it immediately. The factory didn't release the new "Heavy Tungsten V2" until Jan 8th—which was 8 days after your package had already left our warehouse. We couldn't ship you a watch that didn't physically exist yet.

2. The Core Value (VSF & DD3235): It is important to remember that aside from the case weight, the "engine" of your watch is identical to the new version. Both are genuine VS Factory (VSF) productions—widely recognized as the most reliable maker in the market today—and both are powered by the legendary Dandong 3235 (DD3235) movement. You paid $850 for a market-proven masterpiece that has dominated the industry. The new version is $1,050 solely for the tungsten case material, but the performance and pedigree are exactly the same.

3. Current Stock Reality: To be totally transparent: even if you tried to order the Heavy V2 Black model today, we couldn't ship it. It is currently on Pre-Order only for delivery after the Chinese New Year. We updated the site early to prepare for these future orders, but no ready stock exists yet.

I hope this timeline makes sense. We pride ourselves on honesty, and you absolutely received the correct, high-spec watch for your order date.

Thank you for the fair update and for recognizing the quality of the watch. I am glad to hear that, apart from the weight confusion, the piece itself is "all good"—that VSF quality is indeed undeniable.

To address your final question about the "advert on the webpage":

You are absolutely right that the page now shows the upgraded 176g version. This is not a mistake on your part, nor is it an administrative error on ours. It is simply how our "Best Version Only" policy works.

How we operate: We do not create new links for every version update (V1, V2, V3). Instead, we treat our product pages as "Live Updates".

Our Philosophy: We only sell the absolute best version available on the market at any given second.

The Mechanism: As soon as VSF released the new batch on Jan 8th, we immediately overwrote the old V1 description on that same URL to reflect the new specs and price.

So, when you revisited the link after receiving your watch, you were seeing the Current Live Status, not a record of the status on Dec 31st (when it was listed as 150g / $850).

It was simply a case of the factory upgrading the model during the few days your package was in transit.
