When we bought the ticket, we had a good flight time home and that was one of the reasons why we decided on that flight. Even before the day of departure Corendon Dutch Airlines changed the flight time two times till the worse (arriving in CPH in the middle of the night, which was extremely hard for my 83 years old dad and which forced the rest of us to take another day off and forced us to change the parking reservation). There was no help from Corendon DK at all. They just claimed that they followed the rules.
On the day of the departure we arrived at the airport (Gazipaza) and when we were in the check in queue Corendon Dutch Airlines cancelled the flight. It was nearly midnight. No one knew when we could go home and the level of information was very inadequate.
We went into buses. The bus driver didn’t know where to take us and drove us around the area for an hour before he found the right hotel (it was only a 20 minutes drive). It was the most lousy hotel ever! So dirty. No light in the corridor. My sister and her husbands room had wet towels and make up on the pillow. And the door was smashed by a closed fist. My niece got harassed in the elevator by the baggage boy. It was a nightmare! The delay ended up to be over 12 hours. And Corendon makes it so difficult to claim a compensation! So unethical! No service at all. And there is no help at all from Corendon DK where we bought the journey.

Flyændringer kan være meget frustrerende, og det er bestemt ikke noget flyselskaberne gør med deres gode vilje. Flyændringer opstår f.eks. pga. trængsel eller mangel på personale i lufthavnene, trængsel i luftrummet, eller omlægninger af flyflåden.
Selvom flyændringer normalt sjældent sker, tager vi forbehold for det kan ske, både på ud- og hjemmesiden når du bestiller rejsen, samt i vores vilkår og betingelser.
Uanset er det selvfølgelig meget beklageligt når det sker, og vi forstår udmærket, at det sjældent er belejligt.
Vi har desværre ingen indflydelse på disse ændringer, som bliver fortaget af flyselskabet, og de står desværre ikke til at ændre.
En flyforsinkelse kommer sjældent på et godt tidspunkt.
Heldigvis har du som flypassager klare rettigheder, når du oplever et aflyst eller et forsinket fly jf. EU forordningen 261/2004
En af disse er, at flyselskabet skal dække en overnatningen ved en væsentlig forsinkelse som i jeres tilfælde.
Dermed skal du sende det hele til flyselskabet i denne her sammenhæng, hvor det vedrører et hotel,
som du var indkvarteret på i forbindelse med en forsinkelse på hjemrejsen og ikke vedr. et hotelophold som var købt hos os.

Our vacation is finally over, briefly about corendon. The holidays were bought half a year ago, 11 days ago to Turkey, the first time the holiday was canceled three months ago because it canceled flights to Gazipasha airport, everything ok, the corendon changed for free to antalya airport. And then it all started. A month before, I received a letter that the holidays had been cancelled again and I had to choose a week or two. For extra 3 days, I had to pay 7000 kr. Because they said the price of this day, although we bought the holiday half a year ago.I do not recommend it to anyone, they just robbed you. I think that's part of their game.

We are sorry for the trouble you have experienced with the flight cancellation regarding your planned holiday, we don´t find it acceptable either that we can offer you our orginal flight.
Unfortunately the circumstances in Turkey has effected the sale here from Denmark, and therefore it has been necessary to reduce the flights.
Even through your dissatisfaction, we hope we call welcome you back another time with Corendon.

Our departure was set 21:15 from Crete…
Our departure was set 21:15 from Crete Heraklion to Copenhagen. We arrived at the airport around ~18. After the departure time 21:15 the flight departure was set as delayed to 02:45...
On the flight they informed us through the speaker that they where well aware that they where going to be delayed for some time.
It would be really nice if they share this kind of information earlier. If that was possible we wouldn't end up waiting 9 hours at the airport.

Excellent in one word.
We just had a vacation with Corendon and it was super. All from starting to end of the tour. Hotel was absolutely too good. Airline landed before time both ways.
