Skeptical Facebook User

I was really skeptical from a Facebook ad but CubeBik had the gift I wanted to surprise my sister with. I took a chance that I wouldn't get ripped off. I bought the humorous coffee mug and sent it to her.

Come the New Year and I never heard from my sister so I questioned if she ever got it. I wrote to the company on their form (again, skeptical it would ever get read) and lo and behold, a day later they came back with a delivery date of 12/29.

I called my sister finally and she admitted she did receive it but never, ever thought I would be the one to send it so she never mentioned anything. Haha! Siblings, right?

CubeBik's product is well made, their service is straightforward, and their customer service response is far more prompt than most online companies. I would highly recommend this company for your gift giving...even if it's to yourself.

When your original order was placed, no personalized text was provided in the personalization field. To avoid any mistake, we reached out to you by email asking what name you wanted on the sign. You replied with “Name is Burt,” and based on that, our design team created a mock-up for your review.
We then sent you the mock-up for approval, and once we received your confirmation email, we proceeded with production exactly according to the approved design.
We never make any changes to a personalized design unless the customer requests or approves it — this is to ensure accuracy and respect each customer’s preference, whether they want “Burt” or “Burt’s” on the final product. The apostrophe-s is fully optional depending on the customer’s style, so we follow the exact text the customer provides.

We understand that this experience has been frustrating for you, and we have been doing everything we can to fix the issue promptly and fairly — including offering compensation options — even though the product was made correctly based on your approval.
We value your satisfaction and truly appreciate your understanding.

GREAT product and Amazing customer support

GREAT product and Amazing customer support. There was an issue and the travel mug was lost in shipping. CubeBik reached out to me as soon as they were aware of the issue and sent a replacement right away. Even though it did not arrive in time for my sister's birthday, the replacement did arrive and my sister LOVES it!!

I ordered an item for my grand…

I ordered an item for my grand daughter's 14th birthday and it had been discontinued. I was promptly notified and was able to select a replacement. The staff was very helpful and kept me updated. Appreciated it.
