Excellent experience from start to finish. We had a slight issue with the sofa upon delivery and it was quickly resolved with excellent customer service. The actual sofa is of high quality and very comfortable.

Notting Hill Sofa Bed - Love It
We’ve just had delivery of our Notting Hill large sofa bed in olive green and absolutely love it. We struggled to find a sofa bed that was stylish, and on wooden feet. Most sofa beds seem to have a frame to the floor which really affects the design. The quality of this sofa is amazing- I will definitely be ordering again from Darlings of Chelsea. We dealt with Amelia throughout the process, who gave us regular updates. It was great to deal with the same person & Amelia was very friendly and helpful. The delivery company were well organised and also really pleasant to deal with. Absolutely recommend purchasing from Darlings of Chelsea.

Communication was first rate and response times very fast. The sofa was repaired within a fortnight of reporting the problem. If only all customer service was as good as this!

I had had a wonderful experience with Darlings of Chelsea. No issues on timelines and delivered as expected. I have a beautiful leather couch, and two armchairs (all ordered different times) - the armchair material is perfect, we have 3 large dogs and we got the stain resistant plush velvet material, so easy to keep clean and looking like new.
Also, the chairs/ sofa are so comfortable. Highly recommend.

The sofa is fantastic. That being said, the customer interface and delivery time were terrible, bordering on maddening. I ordered the sofa in September, and it took 14 weeks to arrive, having said 6-8 weeks. A preemptive message saying you're delivery is going to be late, or a text apologising for the busy period, would have completely changed my outlook - instead I wasted a lot of time calling and emailing them, asking for updates, only to spend most of my time being bounced round answering machines, or waiting weeks for a dismissive reply. Not my best customer interface experience.

It look a while to arrive, as you'd expect for a bespoke piece of furniture, but it was well worth the wait. Suuuper comfy to sit on as a sofa and makes a perfect second bed.
