Fake Unique luxury kutay

Hi ,
Just ordered Unique luxury kutay , today is my 2nd day of giving it a full wear.. and I’m very disappointed with its performance , I can’t smell it on myself , my clothes either, neither can anyone. Fake Hugo Boss Bottled

I want to leave a review about Ralph Lauren Polo Sport Eau de Toilette. I put it on my neck my face and my shirt. i even used some vaselin berfore. but of no go. Like water. I bought a perfume once i was in Lebanon. It was so strong that when my mother washed my shirt and it was in our yard, hanging from a rope to dry. When i tried to wear it i could smee the perfume clearly. As if i had just put it on. I say it from my experience in Denmark. you can't finf genuine perfume here. everything is fake

It’s so cheap because they never deliver the product

My friends ordered a cologne for my birthday however when it was delivered the package was empty. No invoice either was in the package and when my friends raised this to customer support they said they would investigate with the courier. The feedback they got was that Deloox/ DHL have never experienced an issue like this along the route and when they weighed the package it was 0.6kg. My friend was told there is nothing else they can do and I would not be refunded or have another product sent. My friend also tried contacting the courier and they said to liaise with Deloox. This is pathetic service and I would not recommend purchasing from here. I would attach screenshots from the email conversation if I could.

We have previously contacted you about the investigation and the situation. DHL's investigation has shown that the parcel was delivered correctly. Both when it left our warehouse and when it was handed over to the carrier, the weight of the parcel was recorded correctly and remained consistent. No damage to the parcel was found and the weight matches. If a parcel is actually delivered empty or incomplete, it must be refused immediately upon receipt, which did not happen in this case.

We do not include invoices in the parcel in order to work in an environmentally conscious and sustainable manner.

Based on our investigation and confirmation from DHL, we conclude that the parcel was delivered correctly. We understand that this can be frustrating.

Frustrating

I ordered on January 6th. Tracking hasn't updated in FOUR days and attempts to contact Deloox only generate automated replies.
Difficult to understand why a delivery from one EU country to another is so so so slow.
Frustrating.
I will update this review when I receive my package.
Update.. My package arrived today January 20th. 2 weeks exactly. The problem seems to be with the carrier that Deloox uses.

Very bad experience

I placed an order with Deloox (ORDER NUMBER: 15907618) on June 29, 2025. On July 4, 2025, customer service informed me that two of the products I had ordered were not available, and that the shipment would be delayed. On July 9, 2025, I was informed that my parcel had been shipped, but when I finally received it and opened it (was intact and not already opened or damaged), I realized that two products (Lancaster Eau De Lancaster Eau de Toilette €25.99 & Hermès Twilly D'Hermès Gift Set €65.59) were not included in it. I immediately contacted Deloox customer service but their replies were slow and unclear, although I provided all the photos and information requested. They then asked me to fill out and sign a Binding Declaration from the shipping company GLS, which would confirm that no one (me, roommate, colleague, etc.) received the package. When I refused to sign the Binding Declaration- -for obvious reasons- they replied that the investigation cannot be taken up any further and they will therefore not be able to offer me a solution.
Terrible customer service, unprofessional, rude and irresponsible behavior of the company.

Parcel Arrival Problem

Ten orders from China arrived before 23/12 and was compensated for their late delivery.
Nothing from Deloox, no apology, just a seven day response guaranteed from my emails?
Dreadful company. Still waiting with no personable interaction. Avoid at all costs. This company needs to pull their finger out and start respecting people who buy from them. Should anyone wish to buy fragrance/ aftershave I can message you companies that have respect for their customers. Avoid this one. Only disappointment and lack of human communication.
Ireland delivery: 3-4 working days?

UPDATE:
Arrived today 5/1/26 one month since ordering. Given that all other orders online, some from Asia, arrived well in time for Christmas, I suggest Deloox change their delivery company. Compensation of a free return???? I want the product, why I ordered it. Buyer beware of long transit times and suggest full refund for the inconvenience.
Deloox have been outstanding, postage paid refunded and a €10 credit voucher, valid for 6 months against a further purchase! I think not.

ROJA OCEANIA - FAKE

I have ordered perfume several times, everything was always ok, but today I was shocked when I handed the perfume to my client and he unwrapped it in front of me and found out that it was not original.

I wrote this to customer support at deloox.nl
The main batch code is not on the box and is hard to read on the bottle, there is no swarm symbol on the perfume cap, the label on the bottle is peeled off, the atomizer is 10mm higher, the label on the bottom of the bottle is in the middle - the original has it on the right side

They wrote to me that the possibility of returning goods does not apply to commercial orders.

Roja Parfums, including Roja Oceania, is an exclusive niche fragrance produced in small batches. Parts of the process, such as filling and finishing the bottles, are done partly by hand, which can result in small variations between bottles and batches, such as the placement of the label, the height of the atomiser or the absence of the swarm symbol on the cap. These differences do not affect the authenticity of the product.

My first time ordering from deloox and…

My first time ordering from deloox and very likely my last. Re-Order 18354020 I ordered aftershave 27/11/25 as a gift with delivery to Ireland 3-4 days and am now waiting 18 days with no update since 5/12/25 saying it has reached the parcel centre in Ireland. When I used the chatbot to cancel the order and asked for a refund I was told it could not be cancelled as it has left deloox in NL and they must investigate first which could take another 10 days. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will update with or without any progress. Update,,,,Delivery recieved 17/12/25 and 10% discount code off next purchase to be used before 17/1/26 .

Unfortunately, the busy period during Black Friday and the festive season caused additional delays for both us and the carrier. Your parcel was temporarily lost during the sorting and shipping process, but fortunately it was found and delivered to you yesterday.

If the parcel still arrived late or if something is not to your satisfaction, you can of course always return it. We will ensure that you receive a free return label for this.
