Baggy jeans
I purchased baggy black engineer style jans from Dickies. at first, i was abit skeptical about the fit and style, but they truned out to be very comfortable. Over time, i really got used to them, and now it'is one of my favorite.

Do not order online
You will want to try their clothing on before you buy. The sizing is not accurate. Would not recommend buying online.
There is very little customer service. No number you can call to speak with someone. And emails are not responded to. Their return policy is terrible and without any communication.

Turned it around to make bad service into good!

When I followed the returns instructions it wouldn't let me input a reason for the return. Eventually someone got in touch and was able to issue full refund so great turn around in the end
Delivery and customer service dreadful
Ordered a pair of overalls on 8th Dec, received an email from yodel to advise they would be delivering on the 19th I requested that they to be taken to the depot for collection as I wasn't going to be in I then received an email from dickey's telling me that yodel had tried to deliver and nobody was home? I then received another email from Yodel on the 19th to confirm my delivery would be held at the depot until 2nd Jan. I then received another email from yodel on the 19th to say that they would be delivering on the 20th?!, we were away and so when I contacted Yodel on 2nd Jan to arrange collection I had been informed that the order had been returned to dickies I then emailed them to find out what was happening only to receive a message back to say it would take time for them to respond ??? They were quick enough to take our money and have had it now for almost a month don't know when we're likely to get refund 😡
Great fit, rubbish durability
Bought a pair of £80 women’s work trousers just over a year ago and they have already worn through. Considering I spend 2/3rds of my job sitting at a desk, this is terrible durability and quality, for the price. It’s a shame because they fit so well and are very practical.
£380+ wasted
I've spent at least £380+ on 4 pairs of 'work trousers' (+exorbitant shipping from Germany to UK).
The fabric is good, the fit is awful and restricts my movement and mobility so much I can't even squat down whilst wearing these - totally useless.
I've found better cargo trousers being sold by Next for only £40 each pair - instead of ridiculous £80 per pair from dickies.
I returned a shirt that was too small…
I returned a shirt that was too small at an extra cost of $13 and they sent it back to me saying it wasn’t in original condition. The shirt had been tried on for less than 1 minute. No tags had been removed. The plastic bag was torn open to get the shirt out! Terrible service. Would not recommend this company

Delivery very very very late.
Like so many others yodel also left my parcel outside in a public space even though the delivery agreement clearly stated it was to be delivered to a person.
Dickies refusing to have a discussion on how they have not breached contract and the consumer rights act 2015.

874 pants
I purchased 874 pants, waists are to small, inseams are to long, Pockets are to short and to small, Very stiff and uncomfortable to wear. The bright side is the return process was very easy but I WON'T EVER BUY THEM AGAIN.
Absolute crap clothing
Absolute crap clothing. I've got this pair of work trousers and there are 3 front pockets on top of each other on each leg. you have to go through every pocket to find what you want. Plus the pocket opening is too small for your hand . There are zips on the back pockets so you are uncomfortable when you sit on a hard chair. The zip pull falls to one side and you can't get it straight like some Chinese puzzle. They have some how cornered the market with this crap and so everybody is wearing it so advertising the brand and nobody is criticising the product because you have just copied everybody else making you look like a double idiot

I bought a pair of your bib overalls and the buckle on the straps broke off when being washed and dried. I always had good luck with Dickies so I just thought it was a fluke. I bought 2 more pair and the same thing happened to them. Now, I have 3 pair of bibs and can't use any of them. The quality of your product is not what it use to be.

Used to be great but not now!
I’m a merchant Mariner by trade and have used and been happy with Dickies. Most of us on the ship buy carpenters pants. How ever, sometime in 2020 or so Dickies changed the material they use and instead of lasting a year at work I am lucky to get two months out of them. Dickies used to be comparable to carhart but now they’re just cheap crap. I won’t be purchasing anymore Dickies products.

My go to place for my husband's work wear. Returning is so easy, and had the replacement pants very quickly. Quality of course is amazing...never disappoints.
Never received order
My order was dispatched over a month ago and has still not arrived, both dickies and the courier are saying there is a small delay but over 30 days now is a bit excessive when waiting on these arriving to be able to wear ppe for a new job. Its not the time of the year to be able to go and spend another couple of hundred pounds to orde elsewhere.

Hard to contact and get response
Tried to contact them via email for an exchange, no response. Sent a message on their Facebook page...no response for 2 months. Initially tried to palm me back to email. I complained and only then did they attempt to look into it. Big waste of time however as had already sold pants to a friend. Nice product but terrible after sale service.
