For clarity and transparency, we are correcting several factual inaccuracies in this review.

The price movement referenced on XAGUSD occurred within minutes of the Monday market open on 20 January 2026. This exact movement is visible on independent third party charts, including TradingView using the OANDA XAGUSD feed. It reflects standard liquidity return and spread expansion at weekly open, which is a well documented market behaviour, particularly on metals.

DNA Funded does not create, modify, or manipulate pricing. All execution and chart data are sourced directly from the broker feed. The same movement occurred across independent market data at the same timestamp.

Your account was reviewed in full. Our support team compared the DNA Funded chart against independent market data in real time, and this explanation was acknowledged. Despite this, and in the interest of providing exceptional service, a complimentary account was issued as a goodwill gesture.

At no point were you instructed, pressured, or directed to change your review. You were simply asked whether, if you felt the matter had been addressed, you wished to update it.

We welcome genuine feedback. However, assertions that DNA Funded creates pricing, liquidates accounts arbitrarily, or applies undisclosed rules are factually incorrect and contradicted by independent market data.

This review is misleading and does not accurately reflect how our payment process works.

We do not directly receive or control crypto payments at the point of checkout. All cryptocurrency payments are processed and temporarily held by our crypto payment provider until the transaction is fully confirmed and meets the required criteria. Funds are not credited to us unless and until that confirmation is completed.

Where a crypto transaction is underpaid, incorrectly routed, or fails provider confirmation checks, the funds remain with the payment provider. In such cases, any refund or reconciliation must be handled directly through that provider, not us.

We do not demand arbitrary fees to “release” funds, and we do not hold customer crypto while asking for additional payments. Claims to the contrary are incorrect.

We take allegations seriously and have asked the reviewer to contact our support team through official channels so the payment provider can be referenced and the matter clarified. Without following that process, the conclusions drawn in this review are inaccurate.

To clarify, the payout was not denied arbitrarily. The 40% consistency rule is a clearly published condition that applies to all traders equally and is designed to ensure profits are generated through consistent trading rather than single high-impact trades. In this case, the rule was breached, which is why the payout could not be approved.

No profits were taken or “stolen”. When a rule breach occurs, the account is reset in line with the challenge terms that were agreed to at signup. The minimum trading days and payout waiting period are standard platform requirements and are the same for all traders.

Regarding tournaments, results are based strictly on the published rules and performance metrics for that specific event. Account outcomes are not influenced by trading style, and no preference is given to “gamblers” over consistent traders.

We appreciate that this outcome is disappointing, and we are always happy to review specific trades or explain the calculation in detail. If you would like us to do that, please contact our support team directly with your account ID so we can assist further.

We understand how disappointing it is to have a payout adjusted, but we need to clarify a key point in your review.

DNA Funded does not use a hard “consistency rule.” What you’re referring to is our profit distribution rule, which limits how much of the total payout can come from a single trading day. This is not a breach of the account. When this rule is exceeded, only the portion of profit above the 40% threshold is removed. All remaining eligible profit stays on the account and is payable once other payout conditions are met.

To address the points raised:

No profits are confiscated as a penalty. Only excess profit above the published distribution threshold is excluded from the payout calculation.

Accounts are not failed for breaching the profit distribution rule.

Opposite trades / hedging are defined in our Rules and Conditions and are reviewed across correlated instruments, not by individual trade size.

Initial payout caps are part of our disclosed model and apply equally to all traders.

Payout requests are manually reviewed to ensure compliance with all rules, which is why approval occurs after submission rather than being auto-blocked at request time.

We respect your decision to trade elsewhere and wish you success. However, we strongly disagree with the suggestion that our platform operates in bad faith or withholds profits unfairly. Our rules are published, applied consistently, and enforced transparently.
