I received a jacket which wasn't as expected. It is not faulty so requested a return. Very expensive at £12. They sent me a Royal Mail label, however I don't have a printer. I've contacted them twice to request an alternative solution and have been ignored. I'm now left with an unwanted jacket and an over priced return label I can do nothing with. Ridiculous, only buy from this Spanish company if you definitely don't need to return anything!

Ordered this item on the 15th of January and almost one month later, it’s still yet to arrive.
The company said it would be here by the 23rd Jan, almost three weeks later.
Will never be shopping here again and I think you shouldn’t too.

Great product at a reasonable price but don’t rely on accurate delivery dates. Mine arrived 4 days late. They also use ‘Signed for’ if you select Royal Mail which I wasn’t made aware of before purchasing.
They do give an ‘expected delivery date’, which is how I assume they get away with it. I would order again, but only if I didn’t need them by the delivery dates they state.

I have placed five orders with Dressinn (TradeInn), and every single one has been a struggle. Despite paying for home delivery every time, the packages are invariably sent to random pick-up points. When I contact customer support to fix this, they simply deflect and tell me to contact the courier myself. As the sender, it is the company's responsibility to ensure the package reaches the paid-for destination.
The delivery timelines are equally unreliable. Not a single package has arrived on time. My latest order had an ETA of January 26, 2026; as of February 7, I am still waiting. A previous order arrived nearly a month late. When I ask for updates, I receive canned responses like "the order is in transport" and will take "some working days." While the assortment and prices are great, the logistical nightmare makes it hard to justify shopping here again.

Ordered a pair of Uggs before CHRISTMAS and unfortunately they were not any good so needed to return, I sent these back with Royal Mail tracked they have been delivered back to them on the 12th January and they are saying they have not received them, so no credit back, even though I have PROOF that they have them. I have no refund and their customer services is terrible. Do not buy from them !!!

I am sharing my experience to help other buyers, especially international customers.
I placed and paid for an order, but the item was never delivered. There is no proof of delivery, and the seller acknowledged that there was an issue with the shipment. I fully cooperated with all requests, including submitting a Declaration of Non-Receipt.
Despite this, no refund or replacement was offered. Responsibility was repeatedly attributed to the shipping provider, even though my purchase contract was with the seller.
While researching this issue, I noticed that other customers reporting similar non-delivery problems received responses that apologized for inconvenience but did not offer refunds or concrete resolutions. This appears to be a recurring pattern rather than an isolated case.
My advice to buyers:
Be cautious when using postal shipping for international orders
If you are eligible to escalate a PayPal dispute, do so promptly
International customers should be aware that pursuing resolution may be difficult
This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to help others make an informed decision.

ordered a pair of boots on Dec 1st, Order number 64343683 , they were the wrong size and I wanted to return them. I dutifully paid £11.99 for a label to return them to an address is the UK. They were recieved there on the 3rd December . Weeks passed and I heard nothing and got no reply from the support contact email.
I reluctantly opened a PayPal dispute and the company got in touch telling me they had to send my boots to Spain for processing. More time passed and I heard nothing. The company emailed on the 19th January telling me my refund had been processed. Great I thought, It never came. The boots cost £181.99 that’s a lot of money , a lot of money to lose.
I have repeatedly contacted the company and have had at least 20 emails saying they have refunded me. But still NO REFUND. I asked to speak to a manager at the company, no contact received. All you receive is automated emails. Absolutely disgusted, have read other poor reviews, be very careful if you order from here,I wish I had been , they are basically thieves. Avoid at all costs! It’s two months since they received my boots back . 2 months and no refund!!!

Same issues as many other low reviews. I was sent the wrong size, delivery took almost a month, and they didn’t even ship the order until two weeks after I’d placed it.
Now they want £11.99 to return the item — £6 more than the original delivery cost — even though the mistake was entirely theirs. I requested a free returns label due to their error, and since then they’ve completely stopped responding.
It’s shocking how companies are allowed to operate like this. Avoid at all costs

I was kept updated on delivery throughout and it was a fraction of the recommend retail price via a secure payment system. Overall, very positive experience as it a family birthday present.

My advice would be to pay extra and order directly from the brand themselves or from a reputable sports shop. I waited weeks to receive my order and was very disappointed that two out of the three items received were the wrong size. I ordered adult sizes for all of the items but received a toddler and youth size for two items. I am not sure if this website is a scam to sell their overstock as with being overseas it is harder to address any problems. Having now read other reviews it seems they charge you a high amount to return items which in most cases is probably not worth it and they probably know most people will give up.

Ordered 2 shirts on the 25th of December and was charged €17 for delivery which I thought was very steep but paid anyway. It is now 26th of January and I still have not received my order.
Tracking number doesn't work, customer service is an unintelligent chat bot which gives replies that are unrelated to what you ask. When you finally get a human to respond it is a template massage as well asking you to track your shipment with a tracking number that doesn't work. Finally got a message from them saying I should contact my local post to get info about my order. I paid them €16 to have it delivered but I have to chase a local post to get an update.
Local post sent a message saying I need to pay tax and a delivery charge before I can get my item. QuIte shocking after paying €16 for delivery already and I'm not being asked to pay another €11 locally.
Definitely the last time I patronise DRESSINN TRADEINN TREKKINN or whatever else they choose to call themselves.

UPDATE. This company is a complete and utter joke. After I contacted demanding a refund to then hear nothing back they have now sent an email stating - shipment issue may affect delivery with with 4 different things that might have happened but unable to tell me which it was and how is this going to be fixed? I have to contact spring GDS directly who are some kind of 3rd party they use to send orders out before it gets to Royal Mail. They haven’t given me any contact information for this company and there’s nowhere on that companies website to contact them!!! Basically I ordered from them, I haven’t got my order and now they expect me to deal with a 3rd party and possibly fix a customs issue? Absolutely insane. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered a jacket for my son on 26th December with delivery date between 30th December and 5th of January. I still have not received it and the tracking is just showing in transit. Have messaged via the website as you can’t seem to speak to a person and received nonsense generic emails back and then one today advising they have attached “the form” and asked me to fill it in by hand when I’ve already explained the issue!! Plus whatever this form is wasn’t attached. I replied straight back when they emailed this morning and haven’t heard a thing back all day. Awful customer service and wouldn’t use again.

I ordered two items of clothing for a christmas party on 8 December. I paid for Royal Mail 48 which means that I should have received the package in time. However, and after I messaged them the package arrived 10 days later. I had to buy the goods again on Amazon. Fail number 1. So inevitably I decided to return the goods. I started the returns process. Unlike Amazon you have to pay £11.99 to return goods which is an absolute rip-off. Fail number 2. Not only that you cannot print the label at the post office. I do not have a printer and it was the Christmas holidays so I had to go to the local library and pay £1 to print a label. Fail number 3. Finally on 22 December I was able to post the package. At that point I had already lost trust in this company so I took pictures and videos of my package as a security measure. I tracked the goods using the tracking number on my receipt and the Post Office website. They delivered the goods to the company on 31 December 2025. Fact. I have sent several messages to the company asking where my refund is knowing they received the package some time ago. I am receiving stock responses fobbing me off. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 57 years on earth. Fail number 4. It is now 19 January 2026 and I have not received a full refund. Fail number 5. I have asked the company who in their senior management I can make a formal complaint to. I will take legal action if necessary (I have all the evidence). I will never use this company again.

The return policy is ridiculous. you have to pay for a return label abd then also ship it on your own cost. and after I used the shipping service they indicated on their own website they did not pick it up, so I now have to send it AGAIN. use other shops, you can find similar prices elsewhere.
