Lovely Delivery Lads :)

Lovely delivery lads, friendly and polite, also very respectful of my property and surrounding furniture.
The weather was rubbish so they were also very respectful in regards to my flooring.

One of the guys was rude and moaning…

One of the guys was rude and moaning about the stairs when there was a lift at the other entrance (added to delivery note). He was quite rude and stormed off. The other younger guy was much nicer.

No communication

Unfortunately, my experience with this delivery service was very poor.

I was given multiple confirmed delivery dates, none of which were fulfilled. On several occasions, tracking information stated that the item was “out for delivery,” only for delivery not to take place and no clear explanation to be provided.

I also received conflicting information between tracking updates and direct communication from staff, which caused significant confusion and inconvenience. As a result, I took time off work on multiple occasions and had to make alternative sleeping arrangements while waiting for a bed delivery.

The lack of accurate communication and reliability caused prolonged disruption. While the item was eventually delivered, the overall service fell well below an acceptable standard.

Excited to receive my new fruit trees

Excited to receive my new fruit trees; just moved to a new home and now have the space to grow my own 'apple pies'.

Woeful

Received a delivery date notification by both email and text message; despite taking annual leave to accommodate, the driver didn't show without any communication to state why. Called and spoke with customer service the next day who re-booked delivery for the following week. I called customer service the day before the scheduled second delivery to ensure it was going to occur, only to be informed that my order had been returned to the sender without explanation... Had to cancel my order and find another supplier who delivered the next day without issue.
