Customer service was well above what I expected. I was unsure at first and missed my first appointment after being stuck in traffic and they were patient and kind with me. I finally spoke with Ella and she went over and beyond to help me and is continuing to search for options for my internet and home phone. She was an expert in customer service and got me the best deal, saving me $177 and also got me a bonus sign up with a new plan of $200 credit on my next bill.
