I had a very disappointing experience with Elsalg.dk.
purchased an iPhone on 28 November together with accessories, including an iPhone case, using financing. At the time of purchase, the iPhone was marked as “out of stock”, but no delivery date or estimated delivery time was provided.
More than a month passed with no delivery and no clear information. Eventually, I was asked if I wanted to cancel, which puts the customer in a difficult position when the purchase is financed and includes multiple items. The iPhone case is useless without the phone, yet this situation was not handled proactively or clearly by the company.
Keeping a customer’s money without a delivery date and shifting the burden to the customer is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and poor handling of the delay caused unnecessary stress and complications.
I would not recommend buying high-demand products from Elsalg.dk unless the item is clearly in stock with a confirmed delivery date.

Been waiting two months for a PS5 controller
Been waiting two months for a controller that’s pushing into its third month of delay. Not very patient like that, shouldn’t have sold a controller you didn’t have in stock. Don’t want to buy any other shit cause of that.

Misleading Promises and Poor Service
I had a very disappointing experience with elsalg.dk. During Black week (November 22nd), I purchased a TV that was marked as "Temporarily out of stock, ex. in stock 04.12.2024." Trusting their timeline, I decided to wait a few days for delivery. After Black Friday, the discount ended, prices went up, and the promised restock date came and went.
Weeks passed without any updates. When I called customer service, I was told the TV would arrive "sometime in late December." Still, I received no updates or information even by January 3rd.
Frustrated, I found the same TV elsewhere at the same Black Friday price, bought it, and emailed elsalg.dk to cancel my order. This company lures customers with attractive prices, fails to deliver within the promised timeframe, and provides no proactive communication.
I would advise others to think twice before buying from elsalg.dk. Their promises are unreliable, and their service leaves much to be desired.

The delivery guy didnt bring it…
The delivery guy didnt bring it upstairs, didnt take the old fridge with him even though I paid for both.
And he came at 7:15, but the sms they sent yesterday says he will come between 8:00 and 18:00.
If the staircase is that narrow, how did I get all my furnitures inside? You sent one skinny guy to lift two fridges, what do you expect him to do? Very unprofessional of you and lack of responsibility.

As mentioned in the email to you, it is not possible to bring it upstairs at your place, as the conditions at your place do not allow it (narrow staircase). Should we attempt to do so, it would result in a broken staircase and thus a claim for compensation.
We have therefore reimbursed you for that service.
