Zero instructions w/the device.
Contacted Ashley-she responded on a Sunday-sent useful instructions on a Monday. Key point I was missing-the device will not work plugged in. Makes safety sense but as I have used other devices on my horse-running an electrical cord-thought that applied here too. Not. TY Ashley!

Great little massage unit at a great price, my horse enjoys his relaxing Equirelief sessions & I use it on my shoulders & back as well. Super easy to use.
Item didn’t arrive
Item didn’t arrive. Initially they would respond and said they were having shipping issues, but then they stopped answering. I contacted my bank to refund my money, and received an update that my order was cancelled. Still no refund. Avoid.

Very impressed with how quiet it is, the timer is perfect so I can evenly massage each side of my horse.
Never recieved the product
Never recieved the product. They kept telling me they are having issues with the shipping company but its been well over a month and they have now just stopped responding to me. It is giving big time scam red flags. Company is suppose to be in USA but ships from china?
I have not recieved a refund or a response to my last two emails.
I ordered the Equirelief 8 head massage…
I ordered the Equirelief 8 head massage gun in 30th December 2025. I still haven't received it . Initially Ashley told me they were over whelmed with orders and my order would be fulfilled soon . I got an email notifying me of shipping info on 11th January . By 24th Jan still no movement on shipping. Hadn't been picked up by courier. I emailed again . I was told there was an issue with their courier company that had now been sorted. My order would be sent in the next 2 days. 5 day later still no movement on tracking. Another email sent last Friday 30th Jan with no response. Then I sent another email 3rd Feb and no response. Not impressed. I now want a refund.
Product never received - no customer support or refunds available
Update: customer service reached out to apologize for delay and stated "they are personally monitoring my shipment". I've requested a return/cancellation/refund. Will see what happens. Ordered 12/25. Reached out to "customer support" and was given vague response regarding parcel not populating in tracking. It's been over a month and still no tracking available. No response from customer service either.

After beginning to use the equirelief, I’ve really found my boy to be more open and better moving, after i found him to be quite stiff in his gaits. The 8 heads makes a regular hour session with a single head human massage gun take only sometimes 20 minutes. I cannot recommend this enough!!!

Buyer beware
The website lists an address in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the shipping box had a return address label with Jamaica, New York on it. (Btw, although the item contains a massager with a lithium battery, there were no warning stickers on the box.) I wanted to return the massager. You are required to contact them to get approval first. I was unable to do so by phone because that requires WhatsApp. I sent an email which was promptly responded to. by Ashley who informed me that I would pay return shipping, which seemed reasonable, but the item was to be returned to China. It was suggested I could save money by claiming the item was valued at $5. Nowhere on its website did it say the item was coming from China or would need to be returned to China. Ashley did first offer me a partial refund and I again said that I'd be happy to return the item to either United States address associated with my order. After that she told me there would be no need to return the item and I would receive a refund. Customer service itself is great but the website is definitely misleading .
