Easy access to different airlines, quick response

It was very pleasant, that I made my booking rather fast, without any problems, but I was'n surprised after my recent experience with eSkytravel last month.

The website is easy to handle. The digital chat assistent answers fast and helpful. After booking something wrong by mistake, they solve the problem very well.

Pure scammers. They show low prices to lure customers (e.g., from google flights). Some hours AFTER YOU PAY, they ask you (much more, five times as much, in my case) money to release the ticket. No comment. Avoid at all costs. Never seen anything like that.

EDIT: the reply I received below is ludicrous.

"is listed and visible on the form before purchase": this is FALSE. I have screenshot, don't lie, please. Also, in my case, the money you requested was not about a fee but, purportedly, for a rectified price for one leg of the journey after you contacted the airline. I have your e-mail saying "total price" for the original amount, too. You are a liar.

EDIT 2: contacted their chat team after avoiding the useless AI. They first tried to deny my case with some nonsense such as "your ticket is not refundable" (irrelevant since they didn't provide the service); then, they said I will receive refund, only after I threatened them with a chargeback dispute. These are REALLY scammers, willfully.

Esky made my flight possible after wego cancelled my ticket for the same flight.
Esky also didn't take extra money for paying with Visa card, like did wego did.
Plus esky gave me great support by email (in charming German) all the way, including check in.

the booking environment was easy to use and presented all the relevant information very clearly.

Fast... and best prices

CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months later and no refund date defined
Flight AR1290 (May 9, 2024, at 10:20) was canceled, and we had to reorganize our return to Europe through other means (reservations canceled the same day: 5790058598 and 2802991137).

After 6 months of requesting the refund, we still have not received anything.

They will tell you they are requesting your refund from the airline, that they are waiting for responses, and other excuses. Unfortunately, the truth is that their customer service is terrible. They respond just to waste your time, fail to proactively follow up on your issue, and leave you hanging until you give up (this is being written 6 months later).

I regret to say that the only solution we have is to NEVER PURCHASE through this website again in the future.

UPDATE (20/11/2024): The airline's customer service says they have already issued the refund to the agency. Additionally, I have friends who bought their tickets directly from the airline, and they have already received their money. Let’s see what excuse Esky comes up with now... :/

Easy and quick booking. No problems, much better then with e.g. Deutsche Bahn!!

Booked a very cheap price journey from UK to Australia an accepted there would be some long stop overs etc as get what you pay for.

I required additional baggage and trying to convey this the helpline turned out to be impossible, so the result was I got to my destination however cost me almost the cost of the ticket on additional baggage fees.

I would avoid and go through a reputable travel agent

DO NOT book with this agency/ company or whatever it is.
We made a booking and they deducted the payment, a few hours later they sent an email stating that the booking had been canceled. We phoned to find out what the issue was and they said that the ticket had been canceled because the price of the ticket went up which did not make any sense as it took less than 5 minutes to do the booking and make the payment. Furthermore, we requested a refund and they said we could not get a refund unless we we paid an additional fee to get new tickets then the refund would be processed. A TOTAL SCAM!

Update after the below outrageous answer from this scam company:
„The issue has been resolved!“

Nothing has been resolved, I was at the airport after PAYING to them my booking and was not in the system so needed to buy again the tickets to a more expensive price.
nothing has been resolved, they dare to lie without any shame!

What they call as „issue has been resolved“ is that they write you that they cannot make the booking - 1 day after the flight happened, oh wonder…

Stay away from this company that is not adding any value, just taking fees for messing up your plans and creating you more costs. Buy directly from the airlines.

Payed with Visa card but no e-ticket - no confirmation from the airline. At the airport they did not book my ticket at all, we were not in the airline system.
This „agency“ works from Monday - Friday 8-16 but sells last minute tickets in weekends that they do not process. They should be closed, it is not possible to do a booking that us done by an airline instantly in days or not at all as in my case.
So basically the business model of this company is: they ask for service fees for slowing down the airlines and getting you out of the direct communication with the airline. This impostor company still manage to scam because they are a sponsor on the Google search, I will write Google and ask them to verify the impostors they place first because they pay.
I was told by Rynair that eskytravel is not one of their trusted agencies/partners and they sell illegally their tickets.

Easy to manouvre through the site and make my booking

User friendly structure, very clear, combined with a short response time. Overall highly recommended. Rolf Weinert.

transparent and easy to understand, the booking could be completed quickly, but the double registration with Easyjet is a bit confusing.
