These “lawyers” claim to have ready-made companies for sale. However, according to correspondence with them, I haven’t been provided with any details about the legal entity they were trying to sell me for more than 17,000 EUR. They didn’t give a tax number, name or any other information about the company. Instead, they asked for my and the future owner's nationality:) How does this relate to the subject matter at all? Every qualified professional understands that particular due diligence and compliance procedures must be carried out before purchasing the company. But these guys ultimately rejected all information requests and replied that I needed to pay a 100% deposit before I even knew the company name. It looks like potential fraud, so be cautious if you consider paying them upfront.
