Lost shipment + returns processed, but refund repeatedly withheld
This review concerns the transaction handling of order DOR-336389.
Part of this order was confirmed by both DHL and YoungLA as lost in transit. YoungLA stated in writing that a refund would be processed within 1–2 business days. No completed refund was issued.
Other items from the same order were returned to YoungLA, delivered to their warehouse, and later confirmed by YoungLA as received and processed. No refund confirmation was issued and no refund was completed for those returned items.
After the agreed refund timeframe had passed without resolution, a PayPal dispute was opened. Following this, YoungLA stated repeatedly that a refund would only be issued if the chargeback was withdrawn. No refund was completed.
The matter has since been escalated to PayPal with full documentation, including written acknowledgments of the lost shipment, confirmation of processed returns, and delivery tracking for the returned items.
This review reflects the documented transaction history and the absence of any completed refund at the time of writing.
