Brilliant service and excellent quality! The finishing of the final products was top-notch. They were incredibly helpful with the acrylic poster we wanted and customized it perfectly to our needs. The delivery was quick, and we were very satisfied with the entire experience.
Before placing the order I asked some questions regarding the delivery date (since I had a deadline) and also about the limitations of the file I had to use. I got a quick and professional answer. They also check with me that I was ok with the "real size" file before sending it to print.
The result was great and I'm happy with the end product.

We apologize for the delay and have now compensated you for this order. We have done everything we could to ensure that your order would arrive as quickly as possible.
We gave you the tracking number on October 9, which was the same day we released the shipment. This gave you the opportunity to follow your order.
10 October when the order had not arrived, you write a Trustpilot review instead of contacting us directly.
The reason the order was delayed was that the wrong company name and zip code had been entered in the order. Therefore, we want to
highlight how important it is that the correct information is given when the order is placed . Especially when it is important that it arrives on a certain date.
When the order has left the production it is no longer possible to change where the package is being delivered. Therefore we were not able to
change the incorrect shipping address into the new one because UPS does not accept these changes.
As a conclusion to all this, it is important to take an extra look over both payment and shipping information before sending in the order to avoid this kind of problem.
From our side we will of course try to avoid that this type of error is not repeated and to check that the correct address is given.
