Unfortunate Experience

Unfortunately, this service is not quite what I was hoping it would be. My first order was wrong and the only recourse I had was to chat with someone in a foreign country that completely dismissed my concerns. No followup. Had another issue with an order, tried to use the system to file the concern and it kept erroring out on me. Just feels like there are no people behind the screen that help me resolve issues or make this experience feel less like a machine. I cannot tell you how much that first interaction set my teeth on edge and nothing has happened since to change my mind. The food is sometimes good, sometimes decent, sometimes just not my thing. I haven't had anything I really didn't like, but then I am selective. There are no other meal services quite like this out there though. It's meal prep (you're paying like $10-15 for portion-controlled leftovers) with the right proportions of meat, protein, carbs and its ready in 2:30 minutes. It's exactly what I need and I was willing to pay premium price for the convenience but it's difficult to justify that kind of price over time. Brilliant customer experience could have helped but it's just completely missing.

I have ordered well over 50 boxes of Factor meals. Unfortunately, however, during the time that I started getting them to this point, I have seen a change in the quality of the vegetables, and some other of the dishes. At this point, I am not sure if I will continue using Factor or going with another company.

Great quality meats in the meals so far…

Great quality meats in the meals so far of the 24 meals my wife and I ordered. It’s busy being recently retired and these meals fill gaps for us (6 meals a week ,3 per adult )rather than going out for dinner. We can stay home and have a quality meal with no prep time and the costs are reasonable for what you get.The portion control is built in to the meal and helps with our caloric intake as we navigate a healthy lifestyle now.They are worth a try for people in our age group especially.

We love the meals

We love the mills. Its just two of us so we need to figure out how often to order them. We can't eat 7 a week right now. We have too many work lunches and dinners. I have it on pause because I have about 10 frozen right now

I forgot to skip a week

I forgot to skip a week. Pleasantly surprised by the preselected meals. These meals should be preselected based off of past orders. Also glad to see some meals now include sauce on side for those who don’t care to indulge for preference or dietary reasons. Would like to see more gluten and dairy free items.

I have only eaten 1 meal but it was good. I go out every Monday and had already made something that will last me a few days. Thats why I cancelled next weeks meals. I won't be done with this weeks!!

More salad dressing please.

Everything I have ordered has been very good
except for the salads. I have tried two different
salads. Both had the same problem. Not enough
salad dressing. The salad itself was fresh and
good except part of it that was dry and tasteless
because of the shortage of salad dressing included.
I recommend including 2 salad dressing containers
instead of only one. I wish there was a place on the
order where an extra amount of salad dressing could be requested. I would like to try one of the salads again but only if more dressing can be requested.

The food is delicious

The food is delicious, the variety is awesome, delivery has been seamless so far. The only drawback is some of the portions are a little small, but most of the meals are satisfying.

The food has been very good

The food has been very good. My frustration is pulling the plastic off to remove a sauce or serve the food. It would be so helpful to have a longer tab available, especially when it is hot from the microwave.

Two things I try to be mindful of

Two things I try to be mindful of, one im looking for meals on the disability range of means, two i am sick so I can't appreciate my meals while coughing up phlegm every half hour. To make this work 1200 needs to be invested. But my disability means are capped at 875 a month.the meals are good.
