This company is now under the name Lazvik. They refuse to handle my return request by threatening with high costs to be paid for the return as well as not providing details to send the package back to Hong Kong. It violates the Dutch /European Consumer laws.

Fenvik refuses to take back ordered and delivered goods. Return policy is as such that returns are avoided by all means. I.e.: No return shipping address is given, shipping back is on own cost + risk, and only after inspection of Fenvik, return of only 5-20% of the initial orderingprice is offered. Correpsondance is dreadful, standard answers and full of warnings and threats, just to get you worn out and to let you agree to their lousy policy. MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING @ FENVIK. They act in contradiction with (Dutch) law and EU guidelines for customer protection. Still on fight with them and preparing for a lawsuit.

Never buy anything from Fenvik-whatever country code. They are a scam company.

They sell the same cheap China crap than most of the scam stores.. their "customer service" is AI automated messages, and atleast in Finland their shipping and return policies are againts the law. Don't let their fake review pages to fool you - any place to buy your product is better than this!

I bought this camera on the net the April 2. Sent an email the morning after that I wanted to cancel.(after reading reviews)It arrived April 11 and I sent it back immediately to the adress mentioned on their website in Frankfurt Germany. One of their emails say it never arrived at the same time it was damaged and that I had to pay for that. To Klarna they say they never got it,and they are down my neck demanding the money. The tracking show the route from Norway to Frankfurt,and it comes to a stop there. Like it’s not being picked up. A mess. I’m mad with myself for not doing my homework and buying from this shitty company.A lesson learned.

This is the worst shop I have ever used . I am about to start legal measures against this shop. I had same issues like all other customers before .I canceled order shortly after placing it and than I got notice the camera has already been shipped- but till today no reference number:PLEASE DONT BUY HERE

My mom bought the camera and things to go with it for a pretty expensive price, when I opened it on my birthday we notice that the quality is terrible, the battery does not even work for 20 minutes, when it is promised to work for a long time. The pictures turn out worse than a normal mobile picture. I have searched around and find the same camera on websites like shein, temu, aliexpress for less than half the price!! The company uses a false adress in Germany. They are not a registered company and uses drop-shipping and false advertising to scam people, especially people in vulnerable positions, like my mom that tried to make me happy with a camera for my birthday! I’m so mad, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam. The app sucks, the company is one of those fake websites that offers shitty products and they don't offer returns.
