Ferratum – dishonest, misleading and unacceptable behaviour towards clients
My experience with Ferratum has crossed the line from poor service into what I can only describe as dishonest and misleading behaviour.
The company provides confusing, fragmented and non-transparent information in the personal account. Key details regarding conditions and interest rates are hidden across dozens of pages, making it unnecessarily difficult to understand what you are truly agreeing to. This does not feel accidental – it feels designed to obscure the real picture.
There is no phone support, which is unacceptable for a financial institution. All communication happens via emails, which are often vague, incomplete and contradictory.
Most concerning is the fact that I was directly told one thing and the opposite happened in reality. I was promised three times that a representative would call me. No one ever did. From my perspective as a client, this is simple: they said they would act — and they didn’t. That is lying. This is misrepresentation and it destroys all trust.
What Ferratum communicates does not match their real actions. This creates a clear impression that clients are being deceived rather than supported.
Even if their financial conditions are not the worst on the market, the level of transparency, honesty and client respect is extremely low. The overall experience feels manipulative and irresponsible.
I would strongly advise people to think twice before trusting this company with their financial obligations. A lender who lies, avoids direct contact and hides critical information cannot be considered reliable.

horrible service
horrible service, I paid for many years my debit, paid fortune for interest and now when I login to my account and paid all balance what left, even paid 1€ more, they still want me to pay some 9€, for what no response… try to contact them 3 times and all I get is some dumb robot named Fergie who don’t understand a thing, connecting me with someone real three times and no one come back to me… Im working person and I don’t have time to sit and wait for hours to get connected with someone to get some understanding…
ok, decide to pay those 9€ but I can’t, because when I wanna make payment it’s showing that account not match with receiver…. what a hell and horrible experience with them, and now I can’t get any info and that 9€ will grow with them interest to 100€ in one month as they rip from you everything what they can… never again, avoid this bank, don’t take any from them otherwise you will pay back them all your life…
