Very short change over…

Very short change over…. asked several times if that was enough time….the reply was that Chicago was a small airport and that we would have enough time…40 mins!
We did not and had to run a very long ways and not knowing where to go had to stop and ask! Thankfully they held the plane for us!

i have tried to cancel one of my…

i have tried to cancel one of my tickets. expensive one. i spent 2 and a half hours on whatsapp without solving my issue and now i am again waiting for 2 hours with a simple cancellation. they also charge their own cancellation fee besides the airline fee - they charge 200 usd !!!. DONT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH THEM - olny directly with airline.
