Great Varieté of good Products & fast deliberiert

All well, good communication. Maybe a little bit slow 😉

I ordered 2 cucuck clocks in November. When opening the Christmas gifts on 24 december we found out it was weak Chinese products and Both faulty. The phone number on the website is Fake. I emailed them to refund. Sad I will need to have Support by Paypal to get back my refund. Order no 68382. I uploaded the footage of the defective products

The products as a whole are useful and with beauty.

Even when my order was a little delayed, the costumer service was very helpful and nice and they helped me out a lot.
The lamp I ordered looked exactly like in the pictures,

Es war sehr angenehm bei FRENDORF zu bestellen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Essenzielen Gegenständen und auch für mich war etwas dabei, bzw. für meine Mutter. Meine Mutter schwimmt sehr gerne und hat aber immer Schwierigkeiten mit nassen Displays von anderen Wasserdichten Uhren, weswegen ich Ihr die BracletV9 zu Weihnachten schenken werde. Ich bin sehr gespannt auf ihre Reaktion!! Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich selber beim Auspacken schon von guter Qualität überzeugt wurde. Das Material ist geschmeidig und selbst unter Wasser lassen sich die Ziffern gut lesen. Vielen dank auch an die Zuversichtliche Lieferung. Diese ging, auch mit dem Weihnachtsstress, sehr schnell und Reibungslos.

My mother loves swimming but often has problems with wet displays on other waterproof watches. That’s why I decided to give her the BraceletV9 as a Christmas present. I am really excited to see her reaction!

I can honestly say that I was already convinced of the high quality when I unpacked it myself. The material feels smooth, and the numbers are easy to read even underwater.
Many thanks as well for the reliable delivery. Despite the Christmas rush, it was very fast and completely hassle-free.

Delivery was later than expected (delivery time was not shown when ordering) and the parcels were packed weirdly / looked a bit trashy.
Besides this, the products are fine!

The seller offers cheap, low-quality products (shipped from China) that do not match the website description. The promised “problem-free 14-day return” simply does not exist—returning the item would require shipping to an alleged warehouse in Canada at your own cost. Customer service only offers partial refunds or replacements. Very disappointed, not recommended.
Only thanks to PayPal’s buyer protection did I manage to get my money back.

Bought a phone cover. Cheap product, delivered straight from temu. Side buttons don‘t work at all. Wanted to return it, they told me to ship it to them to Canada 😂 german website, shipment from china, returnals go to canada.

Contacting them is useless.

They sell expensive garbage and then use policies made with the only purpose to protect their business ignoring completely the customer experience.

The only positive aspect that I could highlight is that the product arrived, but the quality is awful, it doesn’t have anything to do with the description, it lasted more than 2 weeks to arrive and the are better products in online stores like Ali express, wish or any other Asian company where you could get the product faster and for a quarter of the price.

Other than that the option to send the product back is a joke as they ask you to pay 20€ to 80€ plus custom duty and any other shipping charges for it.

1 star is way to much for this one. It is just a reseller of Chinese products, so look on temu or Aliexpress for the same products. My product cost about 30 euro here, on Aliexpress it's 3.

The product damaged huge parts of my apartment and frendorf did not even allow me to sent it back somewhere reasonable, only to Kanada from Germany! Worst brand ever

They send wrong article and want me to pay for sending it back to germany. Dont use this shop

This is a fake shop. The order got stuck forever in China. The communication with the service team from Frendorf just seems to be an AI chat bot. Do not buy there!

Terrible dropshipping store. They sell cheap Chinese products for 10–100x the price. Returns and customer service are a nightmare. I’ll never order here again. Only after I reported it to Klarna and blocked the payment did they even start to react.

please do not buy from them the company doesnt exist in germany. its a chinese dropshipping with sht quality stuff that come after 30 days. do not buy

The item I received did not match the photos or description – the seller used misleading product images.
I returned the item on time (tracking number available) and have exchanged over 20 messages with customer service, repeatedly sending the same proof.
Despite this, I still have not received my refund.
In my opinion, the seller is deliberately delaying the payment.
I cannot recommend buying from this seller.
