Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. People appreciate the comprehensive dashboard and clear trading rules, highlighting that it helps them understand what is needed to get paid. Some reviewers praise the customer service for being prompt and helpful, especially when solving issues. A few of them also point out the execution and the VPN service as key strengths of the company. However, a significant number of consumers express concerns about payment processing times and sudden changes to rules, which they feel are detrimental to their accounts. Some reviewers report that they have experienced issues with payouts, with some alleging that the company uses various reasons to avoid paying out earnings. Others mention slow and unhelpful customer service, with agents sometimes providing generic responses.

Mate I'm actually fuming right now…

Mate I'm actually fuming right now because this company is a bloody nightmare and a total scam. They are absolute grubs who stole my whole savings and i cant believe i fell for it. i was just trying to make some extra cash but now they wont let me take a single cent out of the account. it is fraud 100 percent and i am losing my mind over here. i remember being a little kid playing at the park without a worry in the world and now i am dealing with these criminals. i tried to message them but they just ignore me or give me some rubbish excuse about why the withdrawal is pending. Don't trust this company at all they are nothing but thieves and it is a massive joke. i was so desperate but then i found 𝘼͟𝙡͟𝙡͟𝙥͟•͟𝙪͟𝙠͟ who actually helped me get my funds back. idk what i would have done without them because the platform is just trash. seriously mate if u have money in there get it out now before it is gone forever. Honestly 𝘼͟𝙡͟𝙡͟𝙥͟•͟𝙪͟𝙠͟ saved me from a total breakdown. i am so angry that these people get away with robbing honest people but at least there is one way to fix it. stay away from those scammers or u will regret it big time.

FundingTicks shut down on January 18 2026. This review is a permanent record of the business model that failed and continues to operate under different names from the same jurisdiction.
The model works as follows. A company registers in a general business free zone in Dubai with a commercial license costing as little as AED 12,900. No financial license is required. No regulatory oversight exists. The company builds a website offering simulated trading challenges. Retail consumers in over 140 countries pay between 200 and 1000 dollars through Stripe Inc San Francisco and Visa Inc Foster City for access to demo accounts with simulated funds. The company’s own published terms state that all accounts are simulated and that payouts are discretionary. Consistency rules ensure that no single winning day can exceed 20 to 45 percent of total profit. Maximum drawdowns are set between 4 and 8 percent on simulated capital. When a trader becomes profitable the rules tighten. When too many traders become profitable the company changes rules retroactively, reduces profit splits, introduces new restrictions, and eventually shuts down. Challenge fees already collected through payment processors are not returned. FundingTicks followed this exact pattern. Retroactive rule changes in December 2025. Trustpilot rating collapsed from 4.1 to 3.2. Denied withdrawals. Limited communication. Shutdown three weeks later. Between 2024 and 2026 an estimated 80 to 100 prop trading firms using this identical model have closed. The pattern repeats because nothing prevents it. No financial regulator oversees these operations. No consumer protection authority has jurisdiction over a commercial license in a general business free zone selling simulated products globally. Stripe’s Restricted Businesses list and Visa’s Brand Protection Program both require merchants to hold applicable financial licenses for financial services. Whether processing payments for unregulated simulated financial products with discretionary payouts constitutes non-compliant merchant activity under these programs is a matter for Stripe and Visa compliance teams to determine. Under ESMA Decision EU 2019/679 restrictions on the marketing distribution and sale of leveraged products to retail clients apply across the European Economic Area. Under EU Directive 2005/29/EC omitting the absence of financial supervision when marketing trading services to European consumers may constitute a misleading commercial practice. The US Consumer Review Fairness Act 2016 and UK CMA guidelines state that contractual clauses prohibiting honest consumer reviews are unenforceable. Companies using this model routinely include such clauses in their terms of service. Notice to Trustpilot A/S Copenhagen and Trustpilot Inc United States. Dear friends

Dear friends, this company is really a liar and a scammer. I am on a master account and when I came to withdraw money, they automatically activated Consistency Score for me. I might like to open a position with 0.01 or 1 full lot, who cares. For three days in a row, they changed my leverage to 1.20. Every time I talk to support, they say that you activated Consistency Score yourself, which really disappoints me. Please do not buy from this company.

The company is based in UAE. But does not provide service to UAE resident. My accounts was rejected after passed the evaluation and I got them refunded.
But, why you not provide the service to people in the same country as your office?? something is definitely fishy! Smelly fish one..
