Spent a lot of money on multiple pairs of shoes which I later found were coming all the way from Italy (not ideal for returns). Waited in all day only for them to deliver to the wrong address. Told they might take days to get redelivered. WHO, quite frankly has days. Wont be in a hurry to order again. I’ve cancelled my order.

I have ordered 3 pairs of Geox'shoes online on the 21st of January 2026 and it stated 3 to 5 working days, I am still waiting for the delivery, when I called the customer service, every day they are telling me that the shoes are going to be delivered the same day, I am really upset as it was a present for my family's member. GEOX Synthetic shoe soles disintegrate
I bought two pairs of Geox shoes, the soles have disintegrated. This is because they are made of plastic/synthetic materials rather than the natural long lasting rubber. The use of these synthetic materials is not only a financial loss for customers, but a threat to the environment that is already awash in plastic. I am not aware of GEOX having a program to recycle nor properly discard these short lived shoes.

Please do not order online- the returns process is labyrinthine and impenetrable. I’m still trying to return a parcel, despite having contacted customer services twice. The instructions say I need to attach an invoice that I definitely don’t have- customer services just blithely tell me that I do have it. Truly awful- have never had these issues with any other retailer

Their phone number to reach customer service doesn't work in the UK.
They use UPS to ship but you get redirected to the UPS - USA website, so you cannot actually do anything if you have any issue with the courier.
They forgot to put my apartment number on the delivery information for UPS and the item was stuck 3 days with failed delivery and no way to contact ups.
To arrange also return of the item, I had to contact their customer service as you get redirected again to UPS USA to arrange collection, but unless you live in USA you cannot add your UK address.
Last time I will order via geox uk.

Extremely poor quality of items and customer service after purchasing numerous pairs of shoes from Geox.com. I had sent multiple pictures showing that the leather was peeling off in various places on one pair I had recently purchased, which was still within the allocated returns timeframe. They refused accountability and said it was due to accidental use. What does that even mean? Product quality is definitely not worth the price tags they are charging, and there is a reason they have such poor reviews.

I looked at some GEOX merchandise at their store on Oxford st London and decided to order some boots and a jacket on return home to another area of the uk .
The items were delivered fairly quickly . Decided to return a pair of boots as ordered 2 pairs for sizing and a jacket
The sizing on their jacket is way out. I’m a small /36 in everything I own . Their size 36 is more like a 40 and is huge.
Returning items whilst being free through UPS is a nightmare . GEOX website directs you to UPS America to find a location to return despite being in the UK.
When you eventually find a local store you need to print off reams of paperwork , some goes in the box others on the outside some elsewhere . The whole process is overly complicated , unnecessary and I’m sure is designed to prevent anyone returning anything .

I've had the worst customer care experience in my life with Geox Jordan. I ordered a shoes online, and it's not like the picture. They made me go to the store 4 times and till today I didn't receive a voucher back (after 2 weeks) neither I received a refund.
That's the worst experience ever!!!

Poor quality shoes and even worse customer service. I recently purchased (September 2025) multiple pairs of suede and leather slingbacks. One of the pairs which have only worn twice has started to peel in multiple places. I have taken pictures and sent them to the company, they advised after the photos had been quality assessed that the issues was due to wear and tear and they refused any resolution.

when I called geox.com, they said to call ups. shocking, geox.com said they get many calls from customers who then call ups for return issues.
I paid geox over 600 gbp for oversized clothes the website does not offer cm sizes to align with Geox.

Omg I regret the moment I ever stepped foot in there. I got a pair of black leather derbies for the price of 130 euros and I just threw my money away. First time I worn them to go out for brunch and run some errands and I had to rush home to change. The back of my heels were bleeding. I took them to a shoemaker to try and relax them and bought compeed gel patches. What a mistake, on my second time trying them I got even worse blisters. Customers should be protected from companies like that. The leather is so stiff they shouldn't advertise themselves as a comfort brand. Apart from a padded insole there is nothing comfortable about them. And i don't have wide feet or got the wrong size or anything. It's solely the stiff leather and the bad design.

I bought a pair of there shoes from their website. Returned them the same day. Received them. Was told could take 30 days for refund but that it usually takes 1 to 3 days. It’s been 3 weeks and for the fun of it I write them every week and get the exact same bot answer. People. Do t be fooled. They will never issue a refund in the first 3 days. They will make you wait the 30 days or longer. I will never order or buy a pair of there shoes again. It’s a principal issue.
