Best product I have found that combats hormone inflammation. I have lost all my weight and feel better than ever!

I was having trouble sleeping with hot flashes. I tried Gleefull Menobelly Night Burn for 3 months with a full glass of water. I take it 1 hour before bed time. I slept like a baby. It helped me stay asleep. I am still taking it and will continue to do so.

I was looking for something affordable in market to lose weight for over a year or so since I gained stress and hormonal weight. I came across Gleeful and I have been taking Gleeful supplements for over a month now. Meno shred burner, Crave control and over 30 hormone support. I see a vass difference in my appetite and losing weight as well.
Ofcourse I work out 3 to 4 days but before it didn't do anything. Now I see not only I am losing weight but feel energized and happy with the results. I finally found my match.

I placed an order for my mom a January 8,2026 and paid $9.99 for shipping and delivery, the estimated shipping time clearly said 5 to 7 days. I received the supplements 11 days from the order date. Now, Im not sure if paying $68 was worth it.

Gleeful products are the very best in my opinion. I tied many different products from other companies over the years. Gleeful actually works and does exactly as they advertise! The key is to be consistent and take as directed. I am now enjoying the benefits of. “Over 30 Hormone Support” - Meno Belly Flusher” - Meno Belly Night-burn” and “The Flat Tummy Tea.” They take a few days to notice the difference. I’ve noticed a flatter tummy and I’ve experienced tummy issues for years. I’m more regular. Hooray!

Also, my turkey chin has disappeared, I’m “Nicer!” My opinion. Lol! Thank you to the ingredients in, “The Over 30…” .

I knew I had to find something to help me with the hot flashes. I was having 15 to 20 of them a day and what made it worse was they would happen while I was helping customers. It was so bad that sweat would be pouring down my face, my armpits, my back...it was gross. Not to mention my armpits smelled like onions.
I kept seeing ads for Gleeful Over 30 Hormone Support on Facebook, so I researched it and saw so many great reviews and saw that it doesn't have any hormones actually in the product, which is key for me.
I ordered and received the product and hoped for the best. I took the dosage as directed and after about 2 months my hot flashes were GONE! I was amazed, so I went on to see if they had anything for joint pain because I looked like an old Grandma getting up from a sitting down position. It was horribly painful. I saw that they had a product called Total Joint Support and ordered it. It helped me so much that the pain went away. When I went to buy another bottle I couldn't find it, but I think they may have just changed their name and I was feeling good, so I just didn't place an order. (I do need to order more because my hips are hurting again.)
I've been taking the Over 30 Hormone Support since the end of 2024 and have referred so many women to this company because I feel their products are wonderful! Thank you Gleeful for your products, they have changed my life.

Half way through the bottle and literally zero difference. No reduced inches, no lost weight. On the plus side no side effects either

Over 30 did help shorten my hot flashes but still having them. Only took first bottle so from reviews I read thought I would give it another month so ordered another bottle along with fat shredder as I haven’t lost a pound. Looks like they don’t have in supply as haven’t shipped yet been 8 days since ordered it. Not hopeful it will help with weight I diet and exercise but in my 50’s feeling dissatisfied as every supplement I have tried doesn’t work. Got 1 days left in first bottle still waiting on second order.

Does not working with weight loss. Im actually gained weight.

Where do I start! I don’t remember the last time I actually felt fully rested and didn’t feel like I had to get 9–10 hrs of sleep. Even with that amount of sleep I still felt off. When I started over 30 horomone support I was able to sleep through the night within a couple days! I had terrible hot flashes happening as well and well there completely gone. I haven’t felt as bloated either. I just began meno shred and felt so much more energy in a good way something I haven’t felt in a long time. I felt young again and felt like I could exercise and not feel so wiped out. Over 30 also gave me back energy too but meno shred combined with it is like a power house. I’m also having a clearer mind. Highly recommended. Give over 30 time it will work !

I highly recommend Gleeful hormone support supplements! After reading the great reviews, I wanted to see if they would help me during menopause. I have more energy, I feel more focused, and I feel like it helps me support my weight. As an added bonus my hair started growing longer! I’ve been ordering every month since I started them and I’m going to continue to do so. Amazing product and great customer service!

So far the hormone 30 has kept hot flashes and night sweats to a minimum I have not lost weight with the other supplement

I started taking the Over 30 Supplements on April 17, 2025. Shortly after then, my family and I left on a three week vacation out west. I had so much energy on our trip. I would not have felt that well without the supplements. My husband even checks with me (when he remembers) to make sure that I’ve taken them each day.

I turned 44 at the end of May 2025. Since I started taking the supplements, I’m sleeping so soundly at night and waking up earlier. I’m not getting up multiple times to go to the bathroom. I rarely am hot at night. If anything, I’m cold. I no longer have cramps in my back, side, legs, or feet. I’m eating less because I’m getting fuller faster. I have more energy. My husband said I’m back to my hyper self. I definitely do not feel depressed like I was feeling in December 2024 and January 2025. My April and May periods were normal and only lasted six days each. I had been having problems with irregular and heavy periods. I even had one last year that lasted 57 days.

I’m so thankful for these supplements! My GYN prescribed birth control pills (which I quit taking) and recommended a hysterectomy. I did not want a hysterectomy unless it was medically necessary. I knew my hormones were what was causing my issues.

I noticed on vacation that my clothes were getting bigger on me. I even had a friend see my vacation pictures on Facebook and texted me to ask what I was doing to lose weight. This is my second month consistently taking the O30 and I can definitely tell the difference. My hot flashes, night sweats have not been as bad, and my moodiness has improved. I am 60 yo.

I've been taking Gleefull Supplements for 8 months, after discovering the products on Facebook. For context, I'm 53 and two years into menopause. When I started I hadn't slept through the night in 3 years, had debilitating joint pain, weight gain, irritability and hot flashes.

I started with 030HS in May 2025. 2/day with breakfast. On my 4th day on the supplement my husband turned to me and said, "Welcome back." The improvement in my mood was that fast and noticeable. I realized that I had been internally angry with him for a couple of years without even realizing it.

I had painfull bloating and a distended stomach and had gotten a free bottle of Meno Shred Fat Burner with my order, so I started taking 2 at night before bed. Because you're supposed to take them on an empty stomach, I take then 2 hours after dinner and then brush my teeth. This keeps me from snacking in the evening as a side benefit. Within a couple of days my tummy flattened and no more digestive pain after meals.

Within a couple more weeks I noticed my joint pain was about 80% better, hot flashes were gone, and I was sleeping through the night. I was also laughing and playing with my family again and didn't feel bitchy all the time.

After three months of feeling better I still hadn't lost any weight, so I ordered the Meno Morning Fat Burner drops. I took them for a couple of weeks and played around with the dosage. I'm very sensitive and yerba mate makes me jittery, so I was worried about feeling anxious while taking them. And I was starting to feel warm at night again and really didn't want to trade weight loss for hot flashes and lack of sleep!They REALLY revved up my metabolism so I didn't need to stay on them long. After 2 weeks the weight started to come off, slowly at first but then steadily, even after I stopped taking the drops. I lost 12 lbs in 4-6 weeks and was back at my goal weight for the first time in years. I went off the drops and stopped over heating at night almost immediately. The weight stayed off.

I've been cruising along on O30HS + MSFB since. I added the Meno Creatine about 10 days ago and have noticed an improvement in cognitive function, but it hasn't been long enough for me to attribute the change to the creatine. (Experts say it takes 3 weeks of daily use to achieve muscle saturation and start getting brain benefits.) I actually think this is because of being on the other supplements for an increasing length of time. I'm no longer forgetful and I can regain my train of thought after I lose it, which hasn't been the case for a couple of years. Recently, to my husband's delight, my libido has returned!

After 8 months I continue to feel healthier and happier each week. When I started in May I hadn't had a sip of alcohol in 18 months because it wasn't worth the anxiety and hot flashes that lasted for 3 days afterward. Now I am enjoying an occasional glass of wine, no hot flashes ever, no anxiety, and sleeping 8 hours per night. My joints are so much better that I've been able to start a mobility program and get back to walking daily. Gleefull Supplements have truly given me my life back.

I have been taking gleeful supplements for the last two weeks. First week I already saw a significant difference compared to all the other supplements I had tried. I am excited to continue this journey with other products from gleeful.

I have been using the Over30 Hormone Support, the Meno Morning Fat Burner, and the Meno Shred Fat Burner for 3-4 months. My menopause symptoms have been greatly reduced i.e. hot flashes and night sweats almost entirely gone, except I have begun having some over the last week. I also recently added the Meno-Burn Collagen to the mix but have only been taking that for a few days so I can't speak to its efficacy. I have not, however, experienced any weight loss, despite not having a poor diet and exercising regularly i.e. 3-5 times a week mixing walking, running, pilates, and HIIT workouts. Also, my meno belly has not been diminished, which is incredibly frustrating.

It's a little too soon to tell, I'm a bottle and a half into the process, but I think I might see or feel a difference coming.
