Update:
Melanie's response suggested I only contacted her 1 time, I actually emailed her 6 times before this review, left her a voice mail, 1 email to the get-claro, all with no response. Since she responded to this review, she hasn't "reached out" as she said and I have again emailed her 3 times, 2 more emails to get-claro, and no response. So.. I have changed from Poor customer service to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE- unless the carrier pigeon arrives with the message soon.

I used this machine a total of 3 times and my basic cup cracked and broke. I have reached out via email and phone numerous times to get a replacement cup with no response. I wouldn't recommend this product due to lack of customer service if a problem should arrise.

My package arrived damaged.... but Claro immediately sent a replacement.

I use it while watching Netflix. How chill is that?

I was worried it would hurt, but it actually feels really nice on the skin.

My skin feels softer and firmer after a few weeks of using it. Really happy!

Update: Customer service emailed me back and evidently there was a communication problem and they did not receive my emails. They did now refund me and honored the guarantee so I’m satisfied and am changing my initial review.

Terrible customer service. I️ do not like the device it is extremely painful. I️ cannot even glide on the lowest suction power without it sucking up my skin. I️ have been trying to return now for 3 months. This is a scam. Do not order as there return policy is fake and the intends I️ get is “try this try that” I have tried it all. Such a big waste of money and terrible customer service!

Finally was able to get rid of my cellulite, wish I found this when I was 27....

It’s a pricey purchase, but it’s worth it. Works way better than all the cheap junk I tried before.

UPDATE : Claro Cupper stopped working after one use.
I've now sent 9 emails since early December 2025 to go-claro and get-claro requesting a refund - NOT ONE reply. This company is a SCAM - DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

Saw improvement within just a few days—awesome product.

I have bought one Claro cupping & it's not turning on. I have requested a replacement many times& I haven received it. Very bad customer service. They are scamming

Midlife crisis solved! Turning 50 hit hard. Decided to invest in myself after reading all reviews about Claro. This plus strength training = transformation. Cellulite 60% reduced, but confidence 100% restored. Even considering a bikini for our anniversary cruise.

My daughter's wedding in 2 months motivated me. Followed their email tips religiously (more water, dry brushing first, consistent schedule). Walking her down the aisle in a knee-length dress - mission accomplished! The Claro mini cup is perfect for knee area.

I ordered this and it took almost a month to arrive. Started using it as per the protocol and instructions provided and had absolutely no results. I also booked a consultation with Melanie as suggest in the order confirmation email and no one showed up for the call. I wasted 30 minutes for a consultation that did not occur. I have since sent three emails to request a refund (as per the refund policy) and have NOT received any response and now the timeframe has passed. Very disappointed.

Terrible company - Cupper stopped working after one use, said they would replace, it’s been over a month and still nothing! It’s cheap and nasty, same with the oils they provide - spelling mistakes written all of the boxes obviously cheap crap made in China - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! 😡😡😡

Summer ready in winter! Started in August, in a couple of weeks hubby noticed. Now planning tropical vacation with confidence. Bruised like crazy first week (my fault - too much suction). Soft mode is the way to start!

Post-weight loss, loose skin was my enemy. Claro tightened things up noticeably. Not magic, but close enough. Love that it charges with USB-C like my phone.

My device won't work. I can't get anyone to answer calls and emails to send back. Scam. I hate I spent money on this.

Lots and lots emails come when you sign up for the product. Like telehealth with a specialist. But I’m a healthcare professional & I KNOW you can’t actually get rid of the connective tissue strands that cause cellulite to occur. I NEVER ordered this! For 3 days I’ve sent requests to return the product. Claro has a 15day return policy. So far no one has responded.
