We started during Covid by registering with Booking.com & then AirBnB and had their diaries linked. What a headache! We eventually decided to opt for Guest Diary despite only having 7 rooms - what a difference it made to our headache. Everything went seamlessly. I would just advise a personal couple of hours training session on site to familiarize yourself with the site. Highly recommended.

Joined guest diary in January 2025. It really makes life so much easier managing the bookings. The system is so easy to use and if you have any problems Aidan is always quick to reply with advise. I would 100% recommend.

Joined Aidan and his team this season and can honestly say they have been so easy to work with! Nothing is too much trouble and always on the end of the phone or e-mail to sort out any issues we have (mostly user error to be honest). If you are looking to simplify your bookings, we would highly recommend!
Smooth and efficient set up.
Signed up with GuestDiary in 2025. Very smooth process in setting up and was done in a matter of days. Certainly takes the ease out of managing bookings and the website they set up for my business has certainly started generating revenue. Been using Guest Diary since we reopened after a complete refurbishment earlier this year and have found the system excellent. Everything we need to operate the 72 rooms we have at the hotels, and an all in one system for property management system, channel manager, websites and emails. Great communication in the initial set up and training, really straight forward to use, simple to operate with, and the team replies to questions almost immediately. Very happy to continue working with Guest Diary, and would recommend to any accommodation business to use in the future.

Very good system and service. We are a glamping site with a 36 bed capacity and it has helped us to have a better overview of our bookings and made it much easier to manage. The support team are very helpful with fast response times.

Using guest diary for a year now, had no prior experience to the accommodation business before using them, they could not be more helpful! always very quick with replies to queries and there for support. Its a fantastic system with lots of helpful training video's if you want to do in your own time.
